No shower curtain so the bathroom is under water fast. Fridge is old and very noisy but you can unplugged it if you don't need it.

The location is amazing ! Very close to the beach and in thos period it was very quiet. People are kind here, and the room was big !

There is too much furniture in the room and the wifi didn't always work.

Perfect location. The hotel is located near the beach. Mini markets, restaurants and other establishments are all in a walking distance from the hotel. Free parking is available, which is very important as it's hard to find parking in Tolo. The hotel was quiet at night. Rooms are exactly as described. We even got the opportunity to choose between two rooms. Thank you!

Owner was nice and friendly. In the morning made for us simple, but tasty omelette. Internet speed was good (~ 28 Mbps). Comfortable king size bed. Good value for money.

Dimitri is a kind and generous host. The hotel is close to the beach and there's are great restaurants and a super market close by. I was invited to multiple meals and got to meet his friends and acquaintances.

Very hot when we were there, so the aircon struggled a bit.

Fantastic location close to the beautiful beach. Very authentic local accomodation. Great base for visiting archeological sites and beaches. Great range of local food very close by. Most guests were Greeks.

Well this place is super rundown. super aged TV A/C bed toilet. Not very charming and welcoming. But at this price, one really can't complain. Think of it like cheap rundown hostel with private room.

it is cheap and is a private room with private bathroom. small balcony with garden of lemon and orange view. The owner is a bit odd, the conversation might get weird and his voice get very loud. However he is a generous and religious man and he offered me a simple breakfast too.

this is a very old traditional hotel, very close to Tolo beach and all the amenities, Dimitri the host was so helpful and could not do enough for us, if you want a modern plush hotel then this is not for you, heavy dark furniture but we found it very charming

The bathroom needs some renovation.

Old school hotel in Tolo, the room looked like grandma's, with massive sculpted furniture and tapestries on the walls. The bed was huge and confortable. The hotel has its special charm, even if it needs some renovation, but I think it is not for everyone, as people prefer modern facilities. The owner is very kind, he gave us a bottle of wine as Christmas present, and also water, coffee and tea.

It looks like whole building stopped in the 90' or even earlier, without any renovation. At least the bathrooms should be renovated. Too small and too simple breakfast (main part of breakfast are just boiled eggs and bread).

Large, clean rooms. Cheap and close to the center. Adequate value for money. Breakfast is served and very simple (coffee/tea self service). Parking is in the backyard. In general it was nice, interesting overnight stay.

The decor is clearly dated but you can’t complain about that because it’s in the hotels photos. I think our room was used to test which colours they liked and they didn’t pick one! The rooms were very dirty and dusty. There was a snail in our bathroom which had clearly been there for a long time. The bathroom also smelt very strongly like paint. Maybe other rooms are having a makeover! Sheets and towels weren’t too bad considering the state of the rest of the place. I didn’t dare lift the sheet to look at the mattress though. Host was friendly but very loud at all hours. WiFi was slow. Hotel just needs a fresh lick of paint, ideally just one colour, some updated furniture, and a deep clean to make it so much better!

The location is great, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Rooms big enough. Friendly host, let us keep our room past checkout for free. Parking right outside the hotel.

Nobody to meet and greet, only the local handy man.

The hotel was very shabby, it looked like it had closed down years ago, it was cheap but I didn’t even stay overnight and just left.

In my check-out owner, he made us pay 15 € because we stayed late. But he didn't inform us about anything . We came hotel 23 : 00 and got out at 16 : 00 and the amount was 50 € . You can find 100 times better hotels with 50 € . Instead, i go to the garbage hotel and am still paying 50 € from 35 € that it was 😅.
