We stayed here for one short night after we flew in from Santorini before flying out of Athens the next morning. Katerina was very kind — she picked us up and dropped us off at the airport at a very reasonable price. The apartment is very spacious but we didn’t really get a chance to explore or enjoy it or the neighbourhood as we were only there for 1 sleep. Seemed like a pretty quiet neighbourhood though! Perfect place to stay if you need to be near the airport, would recommend!

Host makes self-checkin very easy. The apartment is very spacious with multiple rooms and beds. The bathroom has an easy-to-use washing machine with detergent pods at the ready. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, and a loaf of bread. If you have a rental car, there is street parking right in front of the unit. Also, if you’re returning the car at the airport, I would recommend filling up your tank at a gas station just a couple blocks away. Distance to the airport is less than 10 minutes.

- wet smell in the apartment. you get used to it quickly, but it's still off-putting - no microwave - some airplane noise during the day, if sitting outside. not noticeable indoors

Specious apartment with 3 rooms that can accommodate 6 people. Shower was better than most other places we've stayed in - nothing fancy, just gets the job done without any issues. Kitchen has an oven, induction stove, a coffee maker and a large fridge. Also had some refreshments when we arrived - bread, jam, butter, and similar condiments. There's a small yard that's perfect for breakfast. Got some places to eat and drink a short walk away from the property. No noise from the street in the morning or night.

Property was closed up so it was smelled damp however, the property equipped with the dehumidifier so it was not the big issue.

Location. Close to Athens airport. Host offer for pickup to and from airport with reasonable price. Locals eateries are with easy walking within 5-10 mins. Property equips with full range of kitchen equipment, fridge, coffee maker machine, sandwich press, washer and dryer machine, humidifier, aircond and other things as advertised.

We had a great stay at this apartment. You could see that the host involved itself in making sure that there would not be anything lacking. Everything was prepared for our arrival. We were 6, and all the beds were ready for us. In the kitchen, there was an entire loaf of bread, plenty of jams and butter, for breakfast. Water in the fridge, coffee, a laundry machine with washing pods available etc I am saying this because there are some apartments where you need to do some serious shopping before being able to use it, like: dishwasher soap, cutlery, etc etc I would highly recommend this apartment, for all the above statements. Besides, it is conveniently located next to the airport and the town center is 5 min walk, there are nice restaurants there.

The host pick us up from airport with only a small $15 fare. There was bread jam butter provided which was nice of her. All rooms have air-conditioning/heater. It's only 10 mins drive from airport so it's good for transit. It's located in a quiet area.

Just as convenient as walking over to the Sofitel at the airport, but a fraction of the cost, in a much larger space and in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. The thing that struck us most was just how perfectly clean it was, we’ve never seen a place so spotless and shiny. Not a speck of dirt anywhere. Katarina arranged an airport pickup for €20 for us and as soon as I messaged to say we were waiting at the pickup, she was there in 2 mins! It’s a 10 min drive to the place, but very quick and it was so nice to talk to Katerina. The place was very spacious, essential supplies were there and even a surprise loaf of bread to pick us up. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. There’s a street nearby with a small shop and a couple of restaurants that were open late. We would absolutely recommend this place and stay any time we visit the Greek islands.

Nothing. By the way, googlemaps intructions are wrong when exiting the airport. Don't pay attention to it and follow the Markopoulos traffic sign. Otherwise you will drive 10km more and pay twice a toll of 2,80€

Katerina is a dear. Everything is thought thinking in the guest: variety of breakfast items, clear indications, clear instructions, everything one can need and excellent communication. The flat is spatious and very close to airport (only 10 minutes by car). Free and easy parking in front of the flat.
