Lovely accommodation in a very cute little mountain village. The house itself is beautifully built. In authentic style, but with all the comforts you need. The beautiful garden, fresh flowers inside and stunning surroundings really made us feel happy and relaxed. What makes this place a 10/10 though is the host. Tassos (I hope I am spelling this correctly!!) and his wife really made us feel at home. Great conversations, lots of tips for restaurants, hiking in the area, yummie breakfast and lunch boxes and even pick up service after hiking vikos canyon. We would definitely come back here!

Nice hotel to stay next to Vikos gorge, good breakfast which you can enjoy in beautiful gardens terrace. Owner was very friendly informative about gorge. Parking, refrigerator in the room.

We had a fabulous stay at Katikia Zagori, an experience to remember! From the warm welcome and hospitality of Tasos and Sofia and friendliness of all staff to the quality and cleanliness of the room and the entire guesthouse complex, everything was just so beyond expectations. Breakfast was delicious including a variety of home made traditional pies and cakes and could be taken in a beautiful conservatory overlooking the garden or in the wonderful garden itself with views of Vitsa village and the mountains around.

Great accommodation, amazing view from the room, great simple design, nice breakfast and cute garden. I definitely recommend for a relaxing vacation near great natural spots. The owners and staff are really welcoming and create a chilled atmosphere.

Katikia Zagori is a beautiful and stylish place, which exuberates elegance and serenity. It has been decorated with respect towards the local architecture, tradition and style but with a touch of modernism and minimalism. The hotel is located in the village of Vitsa, which is quite central and convenient to explore other villages in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always with a smile. I cannot recommend it enough.

Very beautiful place to stay, in a very convenient location if you want to visit also other villages of Zagorochoria. The host, Tasos, was very friendly and keen to give us many good tips and recommendations about places to visit and eat. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was exceptional and delicious with local products.

The property was wonderful and very cozy. The location easy to find. The hosts were very welcoming, kind and are always there if you need anything. They helped us by giving us information about attractions in the area. Breakfast at the property was delicious.

Lovely host! Every day we went for a long hike. Our host showed us the best trails fitted to our needs and made us even a lunch for the hike. To finish thing off he even picked us up on a amazing hike without return. After the hike we could enjoy a warm shower, quite garden with amazing view. To top thing up the best restaurant in the area is 400m walk away, perfectly with our stiff legs.

Something that is no fault of the hosts - some of the other guests during our stay were quite arrogant and with impudent behavior , without any respect for other guests.

Our stay at Katikia Zagori.was wonderful. Thassos is a excellent host - intelligent, kind, always ready to give good advice. Zagorochoria is a magical place, and Vitsa is probably the best choice of location - many routes start from it and all must see places are nearby. Lovely breakfast, with local produce and a wide variety of homemade desserts which were great. Last but not least - near the guest house is one of the best taverns in the region - Rizza..

We loved the beautifully decorated rooms that created a relaxing vacation atmosphere. Breakfast in the garden under the trees was a delightful way to start the day. The owner was incredibly helpful, assisting us with organizing hikes and providing great tips and lunch boxes for our day-long adventures. The location was the perfect starting point for hiking, and there were good restaurants within walking distance from the accommodation.

What a wonderful stay! If you’re looking for a quiet beautiful stylish place,,,, this is absolutely the place for you! The house is constructed of rough-hewn stones and timber, beautifully decorated and very clean. Tasos is a is an amazing host, who gave us so much insight into the area, always ready with good suggestions for activities, places to eat …and a chat 😉. We had delicious breakfasts in the wintergarden (was to cold to eat outside) with every day, a new ‘home made breakfast surprise’ ! Hikes can be done from the house. Again , if you plan travelling to Zagori area, we highly recommend KATIKIA ZAGORI !
