Only two things i didn’t like were the fact that they have carpets which are light color every single stain is visible even thought it has been clean. Anyhow they told me that they are in process of changing it. Second thing i didn’t like was breakfast it was the same every single morning. (Bagel philadelphia and ham + and amazing croissant with chocolate+ banana+yogurt with honey and orange juice)

Room is spacious, clean, just as on pictures. View was amazing! I really liked it, staff was kind and helpful. All in all one of the better experiences

It was extremely noisy at night especially as the wind hit the window shutters that were loose causing a very loud scary sound waking us up multiple times . Suggested to hotel staff they should try to have those fixed so they don’t move when windy

Carpets a bit dated, antique lift a bit too small, breakfast is very simple (but this is delivered to your room daily, and included in the room price - apparently they are building a restaurant soon for a proper breakfast place inside the hotel)

cons: the lack of breakfast area, the carpet in the room must be changed and the lack of hand held shower head. There is only a fixed shower head in the bath which is not practical at all.

Considering the size of the room, the bed could have been bigger. Mattress was a bit soft as well. The floor in our room was disgustingly dirty and one of the seats was completely broken.

Very kind and helpfull staff. The coffee counter downstairs is a plus and very convenient. Location of the hotel is fantastic.

The bed could be bigger and there were no furniture on the balcony for two people to sit. Only one chair.

Very helpful and kind staff, the room was clean and cozy, the towels and the bedsheets fresh and “fluffy”. Water, coffee, tea was always on offer for guests.

The carpet in our room had many stains and the canape had also the seat damaged. We were informed that the hotel is currently going through a renovation so hopefullly these minor issues will be addressed Otherwise very comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice toiletries. Breakfast not very diverse and no options.

The hotel's small athmosphere, a bot far from the centre of Athens but easily accesible by metro. Very nice staff, particularly the night porter.

Tiny antique elevator which only fits one person with bags/suitcases and not really convenient for travelling with large/many suitcases. Also if you are driving, you need to be lucky with the parking nearby, as Kefalari/Kifisia are busy areas, especially on Friday nights and weekends. Hotel itself needs a bit of a facelift, especially the carpets. Sometimes on weekend nights the streets can be a bit noisy in the evening, but not during all the hours.

Nice building in a great location close to restaurants and shops. Very easy to get to from the airport via Attiki Odos motorway. Generously sized suites with balconies which are bigger than the average room in neighbouring hotels. Also it doesn’t mention it on the booking.com page but the hotel also provides breakfast boxes for each guest every morning (juice, yoghurt, bagel and croissant) which is a nice bonus (double check via message to confirm)

The carpet was badly stained in our room in many places. Also, the breakfast came in a box. Worst breakfast on our 3 week trip to Greece.

They do need to replace the in room carpets very soon, as our party had five rooms and all of the carpets were stained and in pretty bad condition. That aside, the rooms were very well done ,comfortable and a great value.

An excellent Athens neighborhood. The hotel is a charmer with beautiful rooms.
