Only one unpleasant thing; the smell from the bathroom

Some more storage in the bathroom would have been helpful. Perhaps having breakfast start a little earlier than 8.30 for early starts, but they are happy to give you a packed breakfast if you let them know.

Fantastic location. Amazing views of the sea from the breakfast area and pool. Well kept everywhere surrounded by palm trees and pomegranates. Close to Neos Marmaras with it's hustle and bustle, restaurants and shops. Staff so helpful and polite. Such a relaxing place. Highly recommend.

Breakfast isn’t served until 8.30am, so if you’ve got a trip planned that you need to leave for, such as a boat trip to see Mount Athos, you might not get chance to enjoy breakfast before you go. Don’t stay here unless you have a car, the road is not suitable to walk along into town.

The patio area is such a lovely setting, for breakfast or evening meal. The breakfast was excellent. Very comfortable sun loungers. Great free parking and the best views.

The wifi on a rainy day was not good, the safe was not fixed on the wardrobe so it didn't feel very safe, a bit noisy on the time of the cleaning,

Nice view, nice pool and the pool area, the location was good and quiet, a lot of green, clean, toiletries, spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, a lot of parking places, good money for value.

The hotel was really nice, with friendly and smiling staff. The sunset view was amazing, and the pool and yard were beautiful. The food at the restaurant was very tasty.

the shower did not have a good pressure (maybe a new shower or some renovation is need) and the garbage was not taken out daily, although we were told that it is cleaned every day

The location is wonderful with a beautiful view. It has a large and beautiful garden and a pool. The breakfast is very good and has a large variety of food for every taste. The owner is very nice and is trying to help everyone to feel comfortable.

Georgious place. Piece of heaven 💞 The owner is helpful and friendly person. Immediately close the distance and you feel your self like friend's home. Nice food, nice pool, strategic place for visiting any beach at Sitonia.

Great location, very peaceful and quiet, especially in the evening/night. The pool is excellent and a very nice addition to the whole experience. A big thank you to Yannis & Team for accommodating us (we got an upgraded room to better fit our family of 3). Definitely, a place to revisit in the near future.

Nothing to dislike.

The property is very large, with a lot of big palm trees and pines. The view is incredible, especially at sunset. The pool is enough to stay all day without going to the beach. Breakfast has a large variety, including some homemade traditional Greek products, every day something different.
