Would recommend to have a rental car I staying there, although the beach is within walking distance (up/down steep hill though). Kitchen could have a few more utensils…

We stayed for over a week at Keramos in April and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was functional and provided an excellent home base to explore Agia Pelagia and further afield across Crete. Although not luxurious the place offers very good value for money, clean and quiet… George was very welcoming, full of good suggestions for local food and I would recommend the home made Raki!!

Nothing! If you don't like hills maybe not the place for you, but they're really not that bad (plus there's loads of free parking on site if you want to use the car), and with the hill you get the view so it's a good trade off in our view!

A wonderful apartment for a stay near Ligaria / Agia Pelagia. Perfectly appointed rooms with quiet and cool double room, and kitchen/diner/living room with everything we needed to make simple meals etc if we wanted. We stayed in the Helios room, and it had a beautiful view of the pool and out to the sea beyond. Ideal terrace outside the room for breakfasts in the sun. A short walk down the hill to Ligaria beach and a couple of nice tavernas (10 mins down, 15 mins back up!) and just a little further into Agia Pelagia (20 mins there, 25 back). Highly recommended, and would love to come again - thank you George for a wonderful stay!

The acoustic isolation between apartments is not great, but still allows for privacy and silence.

Well located near Heraklion and close to Agia Pelagia e Lygaria beaches. At the top of the hill, with a beautiful view and silent during the night.

No complaints, just a recommendation!

We spent two weeks in this phenomenal place. Beautiful location overlooking the bay. Spacious apartment with equipped kitchen and toilet. Beautiful surroundings with parking. A pool that is big and clean. That's a significant advantage. It is close to Heraklion. And what is necessary, is the great host George, who fulfilled even the most minor request. It is not intrusive and always present.

We wanted an authentic and quiet "girls vacation", and this is exactly what we have got. George hosted us in his villa, which was far beyond our expectations. The apartment we rented was clean and cozy, with complete privacy and an amazing view. George personally ensured that we had a successful holiday - Starting with the experience of staying in the villa, he booked for us a massage by a professional masseuse who arrived at the villa. In addition - he made sure we get a discount at every attraction around the villa with businesses he knows, And even offered to pick us up from an outing after he found out I was pregnant and wanted to make it easier for us! The villa itself is located in a beautiful bay, and there is an amazing and tidy beach a few minutes' walk away. The local people are charming and welcoming. Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon. Thanks George!

Absolutely nothing.

We loved our very warm welcome by George he is a truly caring host who looked after us like we were family. Our apartment was fantastic comfortable very well equipped and the best views to wake up to every morning and gorgeous sunsets every night. The pool is always clean and very nice for dipping in and a good swim. The layout of the grounds and garden is very well kept. The housekeeper does a wonderful job please pass on our thanks. The peace and quiet after dark. The laundry facilities. The BBQ area the setting and sea breeze on an evening is awesome. The location easy walk down to Agia Palegia beach and lygaria beach. Both stunning. And both with very good restaurants. The friendly people we met throughout our stay in the area. I could go on and on if you are thinking about booking the beautiful Keramos villas and apartments you will love it or if you are already booked in I am very jealous you will love it. One of our best holidays ever spent here. Thank you George for making our holiday so perfect I'm trying to juggle contracts about to come for a cheeky week in September and definitely two weeks next year for sure. To summarise awesome holiday. Wish we were still there.

Fantastic experience, everything has been perfect all along our staying. Room was as per description, really large for two people; bathroom perfectly finished with a great shower, big and with water immediately warm. Bedroom was excellent too, with very comfortable bed and functional furniture. Kitchen also perfectly equipped with everything, including microwave oven. Last but not least..... the parking; is inside the villa so it's super safe and is in shade for half the morning, so the car remains cool in the morning.,

Everything about my stay was perfect.

An absolute pleasure. Everything was perfect. George, was incredible and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. He organised a transfer from the airport to his place (it is only a short drive from heraklion airport) and in the morning drove me to the supermarket and showed me the area. He even took me back to the city on the day of my departure and gave lots of recommendations of places to visit. The apartment was clean with a coffee machine, towels etc - there was even a welcome drink when I arrived! The bed was super comfortable, I slept really well. The apartment is perfectly located. There are are two beautiful beaches nearby, one only 200m away. It is easy to travel along the coast by bus which is a short walk (about 20mins) which makes Keramos a great base for exploring the island. The surrounding area was beautiful. I visited in Spring when the flowers were in full bloom! The pool is beautiful and we'll maintained with views of the sea.

There was no dishwasher.

Private and secure location, near the beach, sea view and mountain view. Lots of storage area in the rooms, possibility to iron clothes. Very beautiful garden: gym, swimming pool, basketball court, children's playground, large parking lot, barberque area. The owner George recommended grocery stores and beaches near the village, got us beach towels. Possibility to wash laundry. The apartments were cleaned over a day and also the bedding were changed.
