Great view from the balcony to the bay and sailing boats. In a very quiet area but close enough to Nidri and Syvota. We loved it, it was a real vacation there.

The location was really nice 👌, Nice view from the balcony, beautiful relaxing outside area.Very clean apartament, changing the sheets and towels every 2nd day and cleaning,each day around. Apartament is located between 2 taverns 🍺 wich they have very good food and and extraordinary view. I will definitely keep in mind the accommodation for a next time.

The owner of the apartment is a very nice lady, helpful, prompt and eager to help. By chance, we met each other in front of the entrance to the apartment block at the time of our arrival, where we also took the keys to it ,directly from the owner. The apartment is quite big, clean, well equipped with everything you need, but with strange furniture and decorated in a strange way. The balcony/terrace is very large and is equipped with a table and chairs where you can serve meals. The bed in the bedroom is made of euro pallets, quite narrow, wrongly positioned in the bedroom, without a bedside table where you can place a phone or a glass of water and quite uncomfortable for two medium-sized adults. The windows of the rooms have blinds, so that in the morning you can sleep up to an hour later, without being disturbed by the sunlight. The bathroom is quite low in height, so I think the right solution that the owner would have arrange a walk-in shower, instead of a bathtub. Leaving aside these aspects that can be improved, in the bathroom are provided: shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and washing machine. Another positive aspect is that the apartment has a parking space on the ground floor of the building, which greatly saves you the effort of looking for a parking space in the evening, when returning from the city, Thessaloniki being a very crowded city and having a problem of parking spaces .

Everything OK.

Beautiful, clean apartment with a generous balcony, with a very useful sunshade and a wonderful sea view. Next to the location, right on the seafront, there are three very popular taverns with very good food. The yard is well maintained and the parking lot is spacious. The host is very kind and helpful.

The bed was hard. We stayed 3 nights. I don't think we could sleep as a couple on a double bed for more than 5 nights.

The location on the water next to really good restaurants is great. The drive out feels rural, but once there you really enjoy the peaceful yet vibrant waterfront. The restaurants on the jetty are cute. The restaurant on the left (Gialos Taverna) serves really delicious food cooked by the owners mother.

on the first night a group of drunken Austrian stayed into the restaurant nextdoor until 4 am, even though it's meant to close at 1am. Noise was bearable because some windows are soundproof, but I can imagine it can be a bit loud during high season. We were here on a Thursday night in October so weren't quite expecting those party people.

we had a really nice two nights in the apartments, wonderful view and close to a couple of very lovely seaside restaurants. The owners were very nice and the apartment had everything we needed, so we really enjoyed our stay.

The fridge was kind of noisy

We found the location very easily using google maps. As we arrived there we were welcomed by our host with a big smile on the face, he showed us arround the apartment and left. The view from the balcony was breath taking. Everything was great, the room was cleaned daily, including fresh towels. The kitchinette had everything you need, including a small electric oven, cuttlery and dishes. The room had air conditioning, a nice balcony, good bed and pillows. There are 3 nice tavernas next to the building, a beach at aprox 2 km, private parking. Really everything you need for a nice vacation in Geni. We loved it! Hope to see you soon.

The room was big and very comfortable,the balcony as well. The location is pretty good, 10 mins from Nydri village and 30 mins from Lefkada. The view was the highlight of our stay - amazing!! And so was the garden upfront. I will definitely stay there again the next time I’ll be at lefkada.

Everything was perfect about our stay. It is a family run hotel, both Dionisis and his mother were always very kind and helpful, made our holiday even better with their smiling face and nice attitudes. The hotel is very well maintained, right next to the sea where you can enjoy evenings in the garden. If you want to rent boat, the hotel has also a deck where you can travel everywhere with a boat. It is close to the Nydri but still a car is necessary or you must rent a boat, otherwise, it could be difficult to move around. There are also several nice tavernas next to the hotel, three of them are right next to the garden, another one 3 mins away. Kitchen is fully equipped, room is nice. There is daily cleaning. If we come back to Lefkada, for sure we would prefer this hotel again.

the only thing I would add would be some basic things in the room, ie salt, sugar, coffee and water (we had tap water but were advised to drink bottled), as the closest mini market is about 2.5km away. but again, these are minor additions and they wouldn’t change my rate!

great location, very quiet, in the middle of the island so relatively easy access to everything. amazing garden and comfortable rooms, taverns with amazing food in 50m distance. very polite staff! cleaning took place on a daily basis and -very important- our cat was more than welcome! right in front of the sea!

The apartment is far away to the beaches, markets.

Spectacular view, great garden with mini playground. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, but small. There are some restorants next to the place, but everything else (markets, beaches) is far away without car. The hosts are kind.
