beautiful countryside location, near the lake with everything you need and a nice host. Parking is inside the facility and it is covered, which was awsome because we came by motorbike. the host recommended us a awsome place to eat at 12 km, an authentic Greek tavern.

The house was absolutely cozy and comfortable and didn‘t leave anything to desire - it felt like home. Everything was thought out well and the owner seems to spend a lot of effort on his property. The quality standard was quite high especially regarding the reasonable room rates. Everything was spotlessly clean inside and outside. The house has a quite large living room with a seating area with two couches, a fully featured kitchenette and a dining table for 4 people. The seperared bedroom is fitted with a comfortable bed and a large wardrobe. And the bathroom has a comfortably dimensioned shower. The tap water is drinking water and it didn‘t taste of chlorine, so it was actually drinkable. The owner let me use the washing machine, so I could wash all my clothes, which comes in very handy when travelling by bicyle. There’s a clothes line right behind the houses, so with the heat and the wind my stuff was dry in no time. The bike can be parked right in front of the house, which was very convenient. The value for the money was really excellent there. It would have been great to stay a few more days, but unfortunately the property was already sold out for the following days.

I'd been before and was greatly impressed by the host sense of service.He let me get a decent nap after a boat trip at 7,30am on final morning.The location is awesome, making an early morning boat trip to see all the Pelicans and Cormorants etc an easy matter.

The houses are very convenient, clean and furnished with everything you need. Great location within walking distance from both shops and restaurants, offering tasty local food, and the lake, where you can take a boat trip or just have a walk, enjoying the beautifil nature. The hosts were vere very welcoming and kind and we will be very happy to visit Kerkini houses again soon :)

The apartment was really comfortable, big, independent from the others and with all amenities. With the sunny weather it is also nice to eat outside on the patio. We also used the private covered parking inside the property which, during the night, is closed by a gate. The location is very safe, quiet and relaxing. The landlord, Mr. Antonis, has been very helpful and welcoming. He is really very caring about his guests and helpulf with any possible necessity. He even spoiled us with fresh eggs from his own hens and with a delicious home made jam! We appreciated a lot staying at Kerkini Houses and we deeply want to thank Mr Antonis for this great opportunity and for his welcoming attitude!

The area is overall not well lit, so the fact that the houses are a bit outside the village makes it a pretty dark place in the surroundings.

The house we stayed in was great honestly. Way bigger and comfier than expected by the photos. The host, Mr Antonis is super nice, helped us a lot with getting around the area and also made us laugh and fell welcome.

Loved everything about it! The hosts are amazing! The flat is really well equipped and cosy. We really enjoyed our stay and were rewarded with the nicest of sunrises.

Very sweet little houses in a beautiful area at the bottom of the Kerkini hills, very close to the lake. The place is nice and clean with all the facilities you would need throughout your stay. The tidy courtyard was great for our children to play around. They loved the kitten and the chickens too. Antonis and his family are very kind and helpful people. He suggested some very nice hikes and a really good restaurant too not far from there. Thank you again for making our stay very enjoyable. We will surely return to you at some stage! Ps. Instead of staying here for only one night, you should really stay here for several days if you can and if you like nature, hiking, exploring or riding. The birds on the lake are amazing too!

A small minus on the bed side. The mattress was a bit soft for us but that is a matter of personal preference.

the location is a small village, pretty interesting because after 18-19 the center gets flooded by people to stay and chit-chat at local bars. funny thing about this village are the dogs, almost 50% of people have dogs and for the first time i saw they are kept outside the garden walls directly on the streets, but they are nice dogs and most of the time they only looked at us while driving with bicycles. a pretty big lake (kerkini) that i think was a nice attraction some years ago (now most of the benches, bars or whatever was there are left to almost ruin) is nice to visit and only 5 minutes with bikes from Kerkini Houses. the location has a nice cat than wants to play all day long, and of course a dog that comes at night. the owner is a very nice guy that said he has only friends coming there, no customers and we felt really that way. thank you

Everything was great, one small thing is that they didnt have a microwavable bowl.

The spacious parking was really important to us because we could park our sailboat without any issues. Another big plus is how quiet and family friendly the location is.

The general, fantastic rating of this location is unfortunately dimmed by really uncomfortable beds in both rooms. This needs to be improved in the future, if the owners want to have really satisfied guests.

I would rate it 10 stars if possible. The accommodation has everything you need for your comfort stay, even milk frother! Spacious neat rooms are tastefully decorated and have very useful details like mosquito nets and cute lanterns. The host was very kind to recommend us nice places near the lake. We love this place and definitely will come back.

Everything was perfect, clean and new and with great attention to details: decoration, coffee, sugar and tea - different types to please all tastes. Very close to Kerkini lake and I strongly recommend to visit the lake by boat. The host recommended us places to eat, to buy groceries and to hire the boat. It was a very nice surprise what we thought it will be just transit accommodation. We will definitely return!
