Just note-there are a lot of stone steps to navigate to get to the hotel.

The sunloungers right outside our room were great for us but they were communal so people from other rooms used them, which impacted the feeling of privacy.

The room and bathroom was luxurious and comfy. The pool has a view of the caldera and is five steps from the room door. Breakfast was delicious and served outside the room just after sunrise. The staff were friendly and helpful, booking transfers, dinners and carrying our luggage. It was a dream come true stay.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The view from our room was breathtaking. The room is very private, the hotel is in the perfect location, right at the beginning of the main street, this allows you to see the entire village. I really can not stress enough how private, quite, relaxing our stay was. The breakfast served to our room was just perfect. The photos are super accurate. The public swimming pool was also just amazing. The staff of the hotel was very attentive, solved every problem we had and tried to help with everything - transport, attractions, reservations to restaurants, etc. I highly recommend you to book the superior suite (or any other room) in this hotel if you are having a difficulty to decide between all the options on Oia.

first of all I wound just line to say this is the best view in Santorini you will get and that is also very private secondly Adriana it the kindest and sweet person you will ever meet, Adriana makes sure all guests are 100% happy and goes a above and beyond for everyone, Adriana made my holiday a million times better due to me and my partner getting engaged she went out of her way to make sure it was the best and even set us up with a private boat trip, she is amazing and so friendly and just a absolute legend. the hotel and breakfast and staff was amazing, the room ( cave room ) was amazing , beds was so comfy everything was just perfect. I do not have enough words to explain how much I love this hotel and place it is unreal. thank you to all the staff and if you want any good pictures ask Aris he is the king of taking photos haha. everything, absolutely perfection best holiday of my life, can not sweat it enough of how great and lovely and perfect this place is. Probably not a good idea to stay here (or in Oia at all), if you have problems with stairs, of which there were quite a few.

Lovely, spacious room with wonderful bathroom and a private terass with amazing views (no sunset) of the surrounding island(s) and the Aegean Sea, and a "hot tub". Wonderful breakfast was served to order on the terass. Spotless cleaning. Perfect AC. Good Wi-Fi. Nice common pool area with good sunbeds. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. All in all we are already longing for our next visit!

This hotel was spectacular. It looked like a fairytale. Our room had a private hot tub, which was perfect to enjoy at night when we were there at the beginning of June (not too hot). The cave room was beautiful, very comfortable bed. They even had an extra blanket which I need with the air conditioning as my husband is always hot. This was his favorite hotel as well and he was very comfortable with the AC. There is a small shared pool as well overlooking the sea. The staff was amazing. They arranged a car service for pick up and drop off for us to the airport and carried our luggage up and down the many, many steps. They brought our breakfast to our room so we could enjoy it outside on the privacy of our own cave "porch". The views were amazing.

the price but understand it’s not only prime season, but post COVID as well so inflation is affecting all of us.

i loved everything about it - the staff were incredible, the bell staff helped carry my luggage (plus the heavy suitcases of 3 other people) up/down the stairs. the view was amazing. it was small, private and quiet. the breakfast was great, room was great, very clean. i was traveling by myself and probably one of the few “non couples” or pairings that has ever checked in, but as a gal who wanted the experience of the caldera, the quiet/peace, and the safety, it was a great place!
