Absolutely a perfect place to stay in Athens. In the center, a few minutes walking from Acropolis and the most important attractions. But at the same time it's very quite and calm. Many restaurants and cafeterias around, the neighbourhood is very safe. The apartment is even prettier than on the photos, everything new and freshly renovated. Effie was so helpful, always in touch with us. We had a perfect stay!

Great location - really close to the Acropolis Museum. Nicely renovated apartment. Confortable, clean and quiet. Every morning a nice snack is left outside the front door for breakfast.

I can't think of anything negative, really. The breakfast snack that they left outside the door wasn't anything special...kind of disappointing.

The Acropolis Museum is right outside. Loads and loads of restaurants and energy. The building is quiet. The rooms were clean, beautifully appointed/designed. Bathroom is huge. You're in a luxe apartment building on a side street. Lovely. Daphne greeted us warmly, despite us being rather late.

Beautiful GF 1 bedroom with a cute patio. Beautiful design and nice breakfast box dropped off at doorstep. Excellent location right behind the acropolis museum. Excellent staff. Super modern amenities in a classical style building. Heaven in the midst of bustling city center Athens. Perfect for sight seeing.

I cannot say that there is anything we didn't like. This is an apartment, so if you're really into the hotel experience this is perhaps not for you. But it's not "adventurous" apartment living - pretty darned pampered, and the only other apartments (4-5 in the whole building) are just like this, luxury rentals - so it's not that you are in an apartment building with permanent residents.

This is a half block south of the new Acropolis Museum, thus a block and a half from the Acropolis itself. Wonderfully clean, comfortable, amazingly quiet for central Athens since a tiny side street, with capacity (kitchenette) for a lunch or even cold supper in when you tire of restaurant food. Beds super comfortable, living room spacious and livable. We were here for a full week and could not be more happy. Moreover, the manager/concierge Effie was a delight and very helpful; and the cleaning staff as friendly as they were effective. And as a bonus, they supplied fresh orange juice and a cheese pie every day to get you on your way. Marvelous fruit stand around the corner; splendid latte a half block away (a small Italian place); "My Market" grocery a couple of block away. Terrific roof top bar a half block away (Herodian), a great place to watch the sun set over the Parthenon.

The sofabed is good for one person, but I assume for two it is not so comfortable.

Loved our stay at Kinglin Luxury Living. Effie was very nice and responsive, always willing to assist and recommend on good restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment is designed beautifully and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a few days stay in Athens. The location is central but also quiet.

The bathroom is a bit too small although it’s finishes and water pressure are great.

The beautiful remodelling of the building and apartment is superb and done with high quality materials. The apartment is on a ground floor and with a patio so it doesn’t have much natural light but it is a pleasure to be inside. It has everything that you might need, even a washing machine. The location is perfect, as you walk out of the building you can see up close the Acropolis Museum. The goods they leave for when we arrived were a great surprise and the morning breakfast boxes are excellent. Especially the fresh orange juice!

Everything was simply excellent. Our 3 nights stay was very smooth, and thanks to the help of Effie we managed to complete a nice tour of Athens, and another cruise to 3 islands near Athens.

The person at the reception, Effie, was incredible. She was friendly, helpful, nice and charming. The property was spotless, exceptionally well appointed and in a fantastic location. Effie booked us dinner at Balcony, a restaurant literally a 3 minute walk from the front door, and the food was excellent. Effie went out of her way to accommodate us and we very much appreciate her assistance. I hope to stay here again.

Access to property from main road as the sidewalks are too narrow. So hard to carry suitcases. Also wish there were choices for breakfast as the first day with cheese filled croissants weren’t too good. The spinach based ones were excellent on the other hand
