we loved staying at Kini Bay. it is situated a little above the town, so it's nice and quiet and you have a wonderful view at the Harbour. still, it's only a few minutes walk into town with its tavernas at the waterfront and a small mini market. also, Efi and her family are the nicest people, really friendly and helpful. we totally recommend! :)

Lovely clean and large room with pretty decor. Very comfortable bed and great 'hidden' kitchen area. Large balcony which we had to ourselves as the other upstairs rooms were not occupied. Efi is a very friendly and helpful host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Kini Bay.

The walk to and from the village is fairly steep on the road and on the stairs. Easy enough if you are fit.

The accommodation had a great view overlooking the sea, it was a climb to get up but I had a bad knee and still able to climb it. It was a clean room (cleaned every day), that had everything we needed. We had the Deluxe Twin Room with Sea View it's the one that had it's own private terrace. We didn't cook, but had equipment and tools for cooking with plates cups and utensils. Plus they had a big bottle of water in the fridge plus 4 capsules of Nespresso coffee. The family that owns it were very friendly and helpful when asked for help. I asked Efi if she had a ice pack for my knee and when I came back to the apartment, there it was. Our ferry didn't leave till 6pm, they allowed us to stay in the apartment for as long as we wanted. There is a bus that run from the port town to Kini and not too far from the accommodation, ask the accommodation, and they will tell you which stop to as the driver to get off at and directions to the accommodation. The sea and all shops, cafes, restaurants are a walk down the hill about 5 min walk.

Very comfortable with beautiful view over Kini Bay. Loved the big balcony. It was very quiet and peaceful and a short walk down to the beach. Efi was very helpful. Easy bus connections from Kini to rest of island.

The only thing to improve was the wifi which didn’t immediately connect then was very slow

The highlight was the host Efi who made every effort to make the stay special, including a lovely welcome tray of wine and fruit on the balcony. The location is great - high enough for a nice sunset view but only a few minutes walk from the beach. The room itself was excellent value too

It was easy to get to kini bay by the bus (it’s the first stop) but not as easy to return to ferry or airport by bus. Cab was $15 euro.

The shared terrace was perfect for the sunset views.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but it was manageable and it did not spoil our stay.

I thought the room was very good value and in a great location. It had everything we needed (aircon, clean shower, fridge and self service facilities), was nice and quiet and had a lovely terrace outside. The host was very welcoming and gave us some fruit and a glass of wine when we arrived. The communication and directions before we arrived was great.

Kini Bay was a family run and very friendly Hotel. Our accommodation was superb - with lots of homely touches. Our room was situated downstairs with an amazing private patio with sea views- table chairs and deck chair seating. A lovely lemon tree was outside our bedroom. The room was well equipped and plenty of space. Very clean with plenty of toiletries. Efi and her parents were very helpful. Short distance to bars and beaches all downhill, 5mins.

It’s a bit difficult if you find hills a challenge which my husband does at the moment. So if you have mobility or respiratory problems this lovely little hotel isn’t for you I’m afraid.

Beautiful setting overlooking the bay from a lovely terrace. Everything was well maintained and the room was spotless. We were looked after so well and there was always someone around if we had a question.

The bathroom a bit small, and the mixer tap was on the wrong wall. So my bum, bumpt in to it turning the water of every time I had a shower.

The location is great, just a small walk in to the center and beach. The small garden, and the view was amazing.
