The streets of Heraklion are narrow and cars park either side so you need to be comfortable with the width of the car if using a rental car. But probably same for all accommodation in Heraklion 😀

Indications to reach parking could be better, but since the streets are narrow, I am not sure if is possible.

A bit difficult to navigate to by car. Make sure to follow the hotels directions and navigate on the map because Google does not know what it's talking about and will try to take you the wrong way down one-way roads.

I was pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade to a larger room. The room was fantastic, really had me regretting staying only one night. Comfy bed, really comfortable living room, and a kitchen that had everything needed. The shower was also fantastic, love the rainfall showerhead. Gorgeous decorating, love the wallpaper behind the bed and the hexagonal floor tiling. Heated towel rack is definitely a bonus. Definitely would return to Kipos if I'm in Heraklion and will be recommending to my friends. The location was fantastic for exploring Heraklion and the hotel concierge gave a fantastic recommendation for a restaurant at Peskesi.

We would like to have separate shampoo for hair and body, because there was only one shampoo for both and it wasn’t very good. Also, the first night I could hear everything our neighbors were doing. Once I closed the window it become better, so I could sleep peacefully.

We got a free room upgrade as soon as we arrived at the property. The room was spacious, very nice furnished, with a little kitchenette which was very helpful as hotel does not provide breakfast. It was really nice having Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, which is my favorite coffee. They also welcomed us with a bottle of rose. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Excellent location.

Everything was great. The parking can be approached through a few narrow streets, which requires some caution.

This small hotel was a great find. It is brand new, the rooms are spacious, well-designed, comfortable and have all amenities. The location is perfect: while the neighbourhood may look a bit run-down, it was totally safe and it is within a five-minute walk from the city centre. The free parking for the guests is a huge plus. And finally, the staff is super attentive and kind, they are very friendly, eager to help with booking taxis, restaurants and giving tips to make your stay enjoyable. This is my preferred place in Heraklion.

Nothing. Absolutely everything was perfect

The staff was incredibly friendly and cared a lot! We arrived quite late and the receptionist recommended us a super nice taberna where we could still get delicious food. The hotel ist perfectly located just 5 minutes walking to the city center. The rooms are beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the lights. To put in a nutshell: nice hotel, great location and amaaazing staff! If we could wish for something it would be to get one of the slightly bigger rooms (room size was still very good).

The only issue is the lack of blackout curtains, which usually doesn’t bother me, but my room directly faced people’s apartments, a stone’s throw away. It made it awkward to get ready in the evening because you could absolutely see in with the light on, and the window was most of the wall. Would stay again regardless.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable, location was perfect, and the staff was super helpful—I used their recommendations for food and had some of the best food of my entire trip (which had included five different cities). Was also nice to have a balcony!
