No place for car parking and you risk to damage your rent a car . And there was house repairs in the the property's neighbourhood. The second apartment in the house was too noisy late in the evening.

we stayed in this charming apartment in a week of June, we fell in love with the photos, and everything was exactly like this. and so was the kindness of the owners, two totally exquisite people. the place is in the center of the island, where it is easy to reach the best beaches on the unventilated east coast, such as Anthony Quinn, st Paul bay, Lindos beach and also Rhodes town. in the house there were all the comforts for a whole family, we didn't have to ask for anything else. upon our arrival we found everything needed for breakfast the next morning and also a bottle of wine. the most beautiful holiday home ever on a lovely island. See you next year.

We arrived already in the dark, but there was a sign on the street where Kiriakos apartment is. Savvas met us at the door and immediately gave us an overview of where something was. In addition, he offered us fresh water and there was wine waiting for us in the fridge. The apartment was a good size for our family of five - 3 bedrooms and we could also use the pool. Luckily for us, we didn't have neighbors to share the pool with either ;). Savvas also sent the wifi password immediately after asking. On the last night, Savvas made a surprise and sent us a very delicious cake. Afantou is a good starting point for visiting the island of Rhodes, as it is equidistant from most of the attractions. We preferred visiting Tsambika beach instead of Afandou beach which was a wonderful place. Our family was very satisfied with the apartment.

We had a great stay at Kiriakos Apartment. It's huge, spacious and bright. Lots of space for everyone. There were just 3 of us, but the apartment can sleep 6 people in comfort. It also has a charming small pool more for playing and than swimming in, but lovely, with sunbeds. Well-equipped with everything you may need for fixing your own meals. Tucked away in a back street, not far from the main town square. Peace and quiet yet all the facilities you might need (grocery stores, barbers', cafes, health care centres) within a walking distance. A perfect location for the nearby beaches in Faliraki, Afantou and Tsambika, away from tourist crowds. A good taste of the true Greece. The hosts are very kind people always willing to help and offer any information you may need to enjoy your stay to the full. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment. Very clean and beautifully presented. Pool was great and we pretty much had it to ourselves the whole length of our stay. The host went out if his way for us when we were dropped off at the wrong place, came and picked us up. Also a lovely bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival, and a bottle on the eve of our departure amd lovely cake! Very helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay again if we visit Rhodes.

Savvas and family were exceptional hosts! Extremely welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The apartment is in a great and peaceful location and the apartment is very spacious and has everything you could need! Rent a car and you'll find yourself in a sweet spot to commute to pretty much any part of the island within 30-35 mins max.

Every night the dogs in the village were barking, it was a bit difficult to sleep. We had a problem with the AC, but the property owner fixed it immidietely.

Great appartment (ground floor), super cool swimming pool, AC, dish washer, washing machine. You have everything you need for a big family in the kitchen inclufing csps, plates and even cofee machine.... 3 bed rooms and very big living room with kitchen. Very good village with restaurants, shops and markets. Property owner was very kind: on the first day we recieved a nice bouttle of home made whine, last day he gave us another present: delicios cakes. 5-7 minutes driving from afandou beach To sommaryze: 5 stars appartment, we will be happy to come back again in the future.

Everything was just marvelous! First of all, after a brief ride from airport we were met by our amazing host Savvas and we received an invite present – a bottle of cold wine :) The apartments are really gorgeous, and the pool is a good place to chill before or after visiting a beach. Before leaving we were treated with a creamy cake – delicious! So, we strongly recommend these apartments!

Everything perfect here. Very cozy living room with connected big kitchen and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen and elegant decoration. Even nespresso coffe maker was there ! Comfortable beds as well as powerful aircon and internet. Clean pool with pool beds and kids toys. Balconies in each direction and huge terrace. City just in short walking distance and close to the most beautiful beaches like Agathi and Tsampika. Savvas and family are really great hosts trying to help whenever possible. We will definitely try to come back again in future.

No air con in the smallest bedroom with a double bed but we did get a fan and you could leave the door open to circulate the air con from the lounge. Kitchen could do with a multi plug or an additional socket as you have a microwave, kettle, coffee machine and sandwich toaster and only 1 socket. Also there is a Kiriakos Studios by the beach so taxi driver will take you there in error. This place is near to the police station on the street called Griva x

Everything was finished to a high standard the place was immaculate, beautiful. Nice little pool shared with the upstairs apartment. Owner and his family who live behind were very friendly and attentive. Cleaner came half way through our stay and beds were changed and the whole placed cleaned she even did our washing up ! There is a washing machine and dishwasher both with 4 tablets so enough for our stay. The 2nd bedroom has a fun cabin bed and 2 further single beds so would sleep 3. You can walk to the square in the village in less than 10 mins where you will find bars, restaurants and shops including a bakery. Best bar in Afandou is Tasso’s called L’ocal in the square he is lovely nothing is too much trouble ! Me put the F1 on his big TVs in English for me And my son. He can order you gyros and chips or slavaki from his brothers take away next door 3 full meals for less than €11 or a large pizza from Sergios for the same price. Nice multi National atmosphere in the bar too x All in all a fabulous stay and I will be booking to return next year xxxx
