Beautiful location with easy access to the sea

The hosts are great, all of them. Professional, kind, service-oriented and very friendly. The room is just like in the pictures and the terrace has an extraordinary sea view. You can hear the waves crashing ( inside the room too ) so it's like a therapy to your ears. The location is spot on.

I found the bed not really comfortable, but that a problem I have in most places on the island. Not necessarily a bad thing, but the balcony the big room we took is shared with the next door room.

The location is magnificent. There’s a path to the ocean from the room we stayed at. The room was wide and the balcony was very cute. And the staff - really cute and pleasant.

I LOVED my stay in Kirki rooms... the view from the balcony was breath-taking looking directly out at the sea. I got to enjoy the sunrise every morning. Staff so friendly, and obliging. Just 2 min walk from really lovely restaurants / tavernas, and a cove, and 2 sandy beaches 5 & 10 min walk away. I will definitely be returning here.

Not a big deal, but the room was a bit small. Moving around required some logistics and the shower head in the middle of the bathroom with no curtain was... interesting. None of these things were a big deal. We enjoyed our stay deeply and wouldn't hesitate booking again if we came back.

The view from our room was stunning. We could have stayed at that balcony all day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great.

It was a good little studio in a fantastic location. The view was absolutely stunning. The only problem was that people in the adjoining studio had to walk along our part of the balcony, which was awkward for all of us. It wasn't private. Plants separated the outdoor tables. And we had to keep the door and window shut if we wanted privacy inside.

Not a negative per se, but it may be noted that to access most rooms one needs to go up and down various sets of stairs, which might be a problem for people with mobility issues. We had no problem with this!

Excellent location, beautiful view from the balcony, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff - the lady at the reception dealt promptly and efficiently with all our requests and went out of her way to help us arrange a car rental and moving around the island even for the days we were not staying at the property.

The Hotel is next to Armenistis beach. Everything is in a walking distance, cafes, bars, restaurants. The view from the room was amazing!! Totally recommended!

What can I say. The apartment, the host poppy the location are all absolutely amazing I was only meant to be there for 3 weeks I extended my stay as it was wonderful The wifi and 4g were more powerful than at home. The ideal place to remote work. Thank you poppy see ya soon

Everything was extraordinary: the accommodation, the hosts, Armenistis, the food and beaches. The view from the terrace was sensational. If I come back, I will definitely stay at Kirki rooms again.

A wonderful place next to the sea. And the people are just wonderful! Everyone from the host and her family to the cleaning lady all added to the cozy, safe and happy atmosphere of this place. I had such a beautiful time here!

The bathroom is fine, but difficult to shower without soaking everywhere. There is a shower curtain that is hung so close that it sticks to you - a glass partition would be fantastic here and solve the problem with water going everywhere too. It was not an issue for us and would not put us off staying again.

We loved the location of this property and especially the room we chose at the property. Armenistis is hard to visualise in advance from maps, in terms of how spread out it might be and this seemed it might be a little away from the centre of the town, however it is in a perfect location. It is just on the edge of the town and a very short walk to everything - either one direction into the town/shop/restaurants/small beach or the other direction to the steps down to the bigger beach. The rooms was very spacious, with an area for the bed, a table and chairs and a small kitchen area that was just cupboard, fridge, hotplate, sink etc. The balcony was the gem of this property and where we spent most of our time, it had a table and two chairs, a rattan couch and table and a sun lounger with a comfy cover. The host was lovely and friendly and very available, we passed her multiple times a day on our way in or out. There are steps down to the rocks, where you can swim on calm days. The view out to sea is spectacular.

A really great location: the balconies look over the sea, you can hear the waves all night long - no car or street to be heared at all. There is a little staircase down to the sea for your own private swim.

A family run beautiful hotel just by the sea. Two min walking distance to the beach or Armenitis village. If you have a car, parking is not a problem, you can always find a place nearby. Our room was one of the down rooms and it was literally just a few meters from sea. Sleeping with sound of waves and waking up with sun rise over the sea was spectacular. The room was cozy with a small kitchenette. There was also tv and air condition in the room but we didn't use. If I go to Armenitis again, I'll definitely stay here.

We were in one of the down studios, really facing the sea and it was end of season so we were basically alone. We enjoyed the terrace and the sound of the waves. The studio has a kitchenette and everything was super clean. Beach is at walking distance (5g’) and the village has plenty of eating options. The Hosts (Maria, her husband & daughter) were extremely kind and caring. We really felt pampered. Would return if we have the opportunity.

Probably the shower was bit small, maybe is a greek culture. Don’t know!

The location is great and rooms are very comfortable. The staff is great too, they helped me to rent a car when they were none in the island, which made a big difference for our trip.
