If you’re travelling to Nafplio by car, stay here!!! What a gorgeous spot out in the country. By car, minutes from Nafplio, minutes from the top parking lot of Palamidi Fortress, minutes from beaches, minutes from the “old town” and the walking path around the Old Fort. The owner, and the young lady assisting with checkin, were gracious and helpful with local information. After a long day of driving and sightseeing we wanted to relax. The receptionist arranged the ordering of a pizza for us which was delivered right to our door. The architecture of the accommodations is quite unique for fairly new buildings, complete with stone ceilings. Check Klymeni on Google images. Spot on. The views from our personal sitting area, or elsewhere on the grounds, were stunning. They don’t serve breakfast. Three or four minute drive (with zero morning traffic) and we were at a local bakery with good coffee and the biggest (and tasty) croissant I’d ever seen. Planning to travel to Nafplio. For gorgeous views, lovely, clean accommodations, quiet country setting and friendly hosts, I highly recommend Klymeni.

Divine location - for exploring the area, close to Nafplio itself (we walked to town as well as the Palamidi during the day but easy to go by car and park for an evening meal) and a peaceful retreat when you wanted to just enjoy the surrounds and a night in. Wonderful views from the terrace. Thoroughly recommend and perfect for longer stays rather than trying to stay in the town itself. Loved it!

This is a lovely place to stay. If you are visiting Nafplio and you want to avoid the crowded city center just book this property as it is amazing! The houses are surrounded by trees and it feels such a peaceful environment.

No dishwasher - but to our surprise the staff washed our dishes, so it was ok. Just wish I knew whether this was included or not, so as not to wash ourselves. You will need a car, unless you plan to just relax at the property.

This is a quiet nature retreat overlooking Nafplio. Lovely clean air, olive trees, amazing view from our second floor unit, including a view of the Venetian castle. We ended up eating in, just to take advantage of the balcony. It was warm on chilly nights, and cool in the sun. Nice jacuzzi tub, very aesthetically pleasing renovation and furnishing all around. I loved the young owner and the pride he took in his establishment (he inherited the property from his great grandfather). Close to multiple archaeological attractions.

Location, and property was awesome. Our bunglow was nestled within an orange orchard that was fully fruiting during our visit. View of the palamidi castle from the stay was also awesome. The bunglow had daily cleaning service which was an added bonus.

The furniture in the living room is not very comfortable but it's okay. The TV is tiny for a large room.

The location is perfect! It's just outside of the city so it's only a few minutes drive but yet you're in the hills and feeling as if you're in the country. It was quiet and peaceful. The apartments are very large and spacious with a nice kitchen. I loved our balcony with the amazing view. There is no breakfast so you either need to bring something to put in your kitchen or plan to go out.

A lovely property on the hill with stunning view of Nafplio. The property is well-maintained and clean. It is a short drive to the town centre, Karathona beach and Palamidi castle. Both Vasilis and Alexander are great, helpful and welcoming hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again!

This was an excellent property in a superb location but it was a car drive to the town to find restaurants etc. We did not expect the service we received - beds made, new towels every day and general cleaning. The property was very individual and not corporate in any way.

I can't think of something I didn't like.

I liked the spacious room, the tidiness and cleanliness, the hosts' friendly and professional behaviour, the fact that they provided everything you need for a comfortable stay like home and therefore not to bother where to find it or to carry it with you from home (like for example: kitchen towels, a pot to make greek coffee, a washbowl for clothes and all this kind of useful staff). The environment is quite relaxing because Klymeni is located outside Nafplio's noisy centre. It is only 5 min. by car to city's centre and Karathona and Arvanitia beaches. Highly recommended for families. We'll definitely come back! Congratulations Vasilis and Alexandros!

Would have loved a pool, but the beach was so close by. We had a two year old in our party who is a bit of a terror, the stone stairs were fine, but have us worries about her falling. In the end, totally fine.

We'd been in a very modern flat in Athens, so the traditional house was a really great change. Had a lot of character and excellent location, close to town and a superb beach just 4 minutes by car.
