Property is lovely and warm in color and filling. Location is perfect to start your explore of Meteora . The road to monasteries just above the property . Breakfast very good and big portions. Views from the room is fantastic!!

The place is really beautiful. We've had a really warm welcoming from Tereza upon arrival. Everything was even better than we've expected and we've had a great time. There was a big outdoor space with an amazing view of the port and also of Laganas. We enjoyed spending the time there watching the sunset and having some wine, almost every evening of our stay. The room was very spacious and clean. Every 2 days the room was getting cleaned and the sheets and towels were getting changed. The beach was really close. There are also 3 bars nearby where you can get free sunbeds if you order drinks or food. The market and a tavern was also close to the studios. Overall it was an amazing vacation spent here and we would love to come back here whenever we will visit the island again.

The price for my opinion was a little high as off season but we do not regret the stay. Also you have to be quiet in the balcony for the respect for others, that didn't disturb us but you need to keep in mind. Some nights we could hear the music from the city but overall would recommend and next time we would stay here again.

The owners of this Studio apartment was very pleasant. They gave us welcoming gifts, also allowed us to use garden vegetables and eggs from their own chickens. Room was clean and comfy. View from the second floor balcony was decent.

One of the best accommodations I ever stayed in. Theresa, the owner is the cutest lady, she is very affectionate and made us feel like we were at home. We had unlimited access to their house wine, oil, eggs, fruits, etc. The view was spectacular, the room was very clean and very well-kept. The location is one of the best you can get since it is close to the sea (we also had free access to the family's water bike) and within minutes you can reach many restaurants, grocery stores, tourist centers (for excursions, boat trips, etc.) and under 10 mins you can be in the party city of Laganas. This accommodation can serve everyone's needs (families, couples, or friend groups) Absolutely recommended!

This was the second time we stayed at Koklas studios. We love the place and wish we could stay longer. Teresa and Antonis are the most warm and welcoming hosts, there is nothing not to like about the place: it`s clean, the view from balcony is amazing, you get fresh seasonal produce from the small garden and wake up with bird songs, in 3 min you are at the sandy beach, small shop is 5min walk, restaurants as well. You can ask anything to hosts, they`ll try their best to provide the info and accommodate your needs. We`re looking forward to come back another time!!!

We had a great stay at Koklas Studios. The location is perfect to explore the island, close to shops, bars and restaurants, as well as Turtle Island, but still quiet and with a great view of the sea. Tereza is a wonderful host and there are even fresh oranges, lemons, and olives that you are free to pick. The apartment we stayed at was very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and separate bedroom. We had our own patio with great view. Definitely would recommend this place.

If I have to point out one thing that made us slightly uncomfortable I would say neighbours. They have 2 loud dogs that are always tied on a tree and barking everytime someone passes by. They are probably unharmful but it still made us uncomfortable walking past them especially in the dark.

Teresa is just the best host you can imagine. She is sweet and kind and caring. She gives you a lot of privacy but at the same time she is always there if you need it. Her staff even gave us her private phone number and she always answered us in the matter of minutes. She helped us with airport pick-up, renting a car, printed our boarding passes, offered as a early check-in and even a late check-out due to bad weather. She and her husband cleaned out apartment daily and we could always just take some home made wine, olives, vinegar, oil and herbs from her garden. We can not thank her enough for everything she did for us during our holidays. You can really see how much she loves her apartments. Of course her apartment is amazing too - perfectly decorated, spacious, amazingly clean. Breathtaking views. If you are looking for luxurious holidays, you should find another place. There is nothing fancy about Koklas studios but the place has a special heartwarming feeling that you really can not beat. Location is great too, only 2 minutes to nearest beach and 15 minutes to center of Langanas by foot.

very clean , good location close to the sea and the cameo island (just take your swimming shoes bc there is not sand )there is perfect place for snorkelling, also nearby you can take taxi boat to turtle island, very friendly owner and you have access to home made wine and olives .

There are about 100 meters from the main road to the property with no light, but that's not Koklas family's private alley, hence it's out of their control.

The host is very kind and always ready to help! The view from the common terrace is very beautiful. We woke up early in one morning just to see the sunrise over the port. Totally worth it!

actually we loved everything about the place and nothing to complain about it. Only our next door residents were loud, spent the whole day - morning to after midnight just talking… we didnt want to be rude, but next day we talked to Tereze the owner, we dont know wt she told them, but they went silent forever! 😅 fully recommended place.

The place is fabulous, decorations and the sea view is amazing. The owner Tereza and her husband been great host. besides their offering of many olive, olive oil, wine, vinegar to their guests, they were very helpful. The place has direct beach access and you can just jump in to the water. Also owners offer their Paddling boat to be used free of charge to their guests. Aah, one important thing: the restaurant El Greco which is a 3 min walk only, is a must to try - one of the best on the island.

Nothing could have been better. This place is lovely. I hope to come back and see Theresa as we explore Zakynthos again, next time with our little bundle of joy we brought along in utero for the first trip.

Theresa's place is AMAZING in every aspect, which blossoms from her generosity and kind heart, which--if you are lucky enough to stay at her place--she continually shows you during the course of your stay! The room/ apartment was gorgeous, cleaned immaculately, and daily, and there were little touches like her homemade soap and her vegetable garden which made the stay feel like I was quite at home. We stayed in three different places on the island, and I can honestly say that the location of Koklas Studios was probably the best in terms of it being accessible to other areas of interest in the southern part of the island. There are beach bars and a nice beach within walking distance, and the port where you go to get boat tours is also 10 min away by foot. We we able to see turtles in this part of the ocean on the paddle boat! But truly, I cannot say enough about the hospitality and beautiful stay. Both myself and my husband were thoroughly impressed and agreed that Theresa is a rare gem, with a heart of gold.

This place is fantastic for a quiet getaway. Right next to the beach and beautiful views . The owners are amazing and very helpful with any requests. A short walk and you can be in the center Also some lovely restaurants surrounding the Villa
