The bungalow room needs remodeling as the furniture is outdated and the bed and linens are not very comfortable. It's not that bad, but it doesn't meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel.

The location is perfect, offering a private beach, swimming pools, a kids club, and a spa—all excellent amenities. It's ideal for families with children and babies. The staff is extremely kind and caring. The Greek-style breakfast is amazing, and the transfer service to Corfu Old Town is very convenient.

Our room was a little small and dated. We would have liked a better tv with internet access for Netflix. We would prefer an iron in the room rather than upon request.

Beach kept spotless and loan of towels was great; pool was super once I had got used to banging my knees on the low steps along one end; sea swimming great; umbrellas by pool and on beach very good. Food - delicious and a good range of choices. Room comfortable and quiet.

Minor issues. Bed a little bit too firm for me. Shower was not great, having to stand in the bath. Poor for a 5 star hotel. Cost of evening meals very expensive and limited restaurants nearby.

1) No any pasta in the most of the restaraunts - should be definitely added. That is essential for family with children - that is not so much choice for kids to eat at lunch or dinner without pasta. 2) Entry page to connect Wi-Fi - not every device comes to it authomatically. That should be simplified. 3) No place to play football/basketball - only tennis and beach volleyball. Relatively old game room. Broken net on the table for tennis on the beach.

Overall it was great so really not much to say here. We had a bungalow with a pool and a little shame that the pool was not heated as it was very cold (it was mid September) The area around the hotel was not great the nicest way to describe would be.. "in the need of some care" but I understand this is not anything that the hotel can do. A lot better idea is to organise sightseeing from the boat then views and surroundings are absolutely gorgeous. Also you can rent a boat directly from the hotel beach! A small missing item for breakfast was a milk jug, or anything that would work this way, to get some milk for coffee/tea, not a big deal but would be useful to have it.

Amazing service and great hotel overall we really liked the fact everyone had their own space and all the rooms especially on the bungalow were nicely spaced apart from each other. Amazing service and super kind team from cleaning ladies through the receptionist and bartenders. Great restaurants and bars especially parea and the beach bar!

We stayed in a sea view bungalow. It was a big room with a terrace and a private garden with sun beds. The food was excellent. There were many activities like Yoga and Pilates practices , music shows every evening. The beach was a minute walk from our room and there were many sun beds and parasols . We had a great vacation.

We stayed 2 times (5 nights) in 2 different rooms. This hotel is perfectly organised and managed, everything is going smooth and easy. The staff is very friendly, the 3 restaurants very good, the breakfast perfect. With 2 beaches and a salt water pool is nowhere crowded. The view is beautiful. I had a great massage, a beautiful experience!

My room was comfortable and spacious and the view to the marina side. The pool was amazing with ionic sea water. The beach was lovely. 15 mins by car to Corfu old town. The staff was pretty helpful.
