Solid location, free parking, clean and calm atmosphere

About a hundred meters from the beach with a beautiful view both from the outside and from the inside, there is a reception area where the host awaited us with coffee. The hotel has large terraces and an elevator and has its own parking lot so you don't have to worry about your car. Cleanliness is at the highest level, the kitchen is equipped with everything, every room has its own air conditioner and everything is new and modern, done with style. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful and helped us with everything. There are many other nice things to say, and when I go to Olimpic Beach again, of course I will choose Hotel Kostas and that's why I recommend it to everyone.

We have booked an 11 night holiday and everything was perfect! The room was exactly as seen in the photos, cleaning every single day and towel changed at least every 2 days. Fully equipped mini kitchen. Thomas and Maria were amazing! Always smiling and willing to help, giving advice and sharing stories! And they also surprised us with some great gifts.

The location is 300m from the beach. They gave us paper with stamp from the hotel to park our car on the private parking nearby the hotel. The staff is very nice and the room was very clean and has everything you need. The wifi is excellent.

Low shower stand.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Costas very much. The apartment has two bedrooms with big double beds and one big sofa, AC, LCD TV. The bedrooms are big enough, modern and stylish and daily cleaned by the roomservice. The bathroom is clean and good looking, big sink and mirror, low shower stand. The kitchen is big enough with enough cutlery for daily usage, table mostly used for preparing food while eating and having drinks on the terrace. The terrace is big enough with one small coffee table with soft-sofa seats and a dining table for four with another sets of chairs. There is a foldable terrace tent also. The hosts are very polite and pleasant people, asking if everything is all-right and willing to assist guests. Most probably because we rent an apartment he had the opportunity to park our car in a dedicated private parking lot. There is a very tiny but useful and chatty elevator.

The apartman was very nice and clean, the owners of the hotel are very kind and always on service,we used bicycles for free. Every day the room was cleaned and bed sheets were changed. Everything was great 👍

We really don't know what to say here. Maybe some clothes pins would have helped since there were some windy days. Also, if it is possible, a brighter light in the kitchen would be greatly appreciated.

We appreciated the kindness and help of our hosts. Whenever we had a question, they had the answer, or helped us find the best possible option for us. Thank you Thomas and Maria. We love you. The cleanliness was at the top. The room was cleaned almost daily and we always had fresh towels. There kitchen has everything one might need even if it is small. The electric stove is perfect. The balcony offered the possibility of enjoying the evenings outside, but it was also private. We loved it. The location is very good, close to the beach and the central area of the resort. There is also a bus stop nearby for those who want to travel to Paralia or Katerini.
