There is not such a thing.

The lady who welcomed us was very kind. She recommended us very good places to eat and to visit. The studio was extremely clean. The host was cleaning it every day, even though we told her that it wasn`t necessary to do it so often. We had a small kitchen, where we could cook and we also had a very pleasant terrace. Everything was just perfect with that place. Thank you, Koukounari Studio.

It was clean, a good quiet location with easy parking, the room was a good size and was clean and modern, the balcony was nice and had a lovely view over the town and some washing lines for towels etc. and Katerina was a very good and friendly host.

The aprtment was very clean, every second day towels were changed. Location is good, there was free parking oposite of the apartment and it is near walking area. The view from balcony is very nice. The host Katerina is so polite and nice person, you can ask her for recomendation relation to tasty food, open market, nice beaches...

Occasionally, there was no hot water. There is no shower head holder, so you have to hold the shower head in your hand all the time. There are no soap bars or shampoo in the bathroom. Only liquid soap for washing hands.

Excellent location - on a 5-min walk from the main pedestrian street with all the shops and restaurants. Room was spacious, clean and had all amenities - fridge, electric stove, A/C, TV, clothes line on the balcony. WIFI in the room was good and fast enough for browsing. The balcony was spacious and had a nice view (even partial sea view). There is a small patio next to the entrance of the building with table, benches and a lot of nice subtropical plants. The host - Katerina was really nice and friendly. We had an issue with the shower head and she responded really quickly and replaced it.

The room was exactly what we were looking for as it was close to the city center, clean and with a small kitchen perfect fitted for making breakfast. There are a lot of parking spots available in the area and we had no issue with parking. It is located next to a less steep road leading to the city center and it was not that difficult to climb back to the room. (If you don't know Neos Marmaras has some very very steep roads) The wifi was really good and helpful, especially cause the phone signal was really bad in the town. We really liked it and for sure we would choose it again if we visit the town.

The location is very good, 2-3 minutes to the street with taverns, shops and so on. Free parking across the street, where it is best to leave the car and save yourself driving along the small crowded streets with large slopes. There was air conditioning, a small and comfortable terrace, a large (for Greece) bathroom, a comfortable bed. Very clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I'd come back :) I would be glad if there was a shower gel in the bathroom, but the price per night was very good and it was not a problem.

Beautiful location. We were very well looked after by the manager and she made our stay very special. Incredibly kind to us and hospitable - hostess with the mostess! Would highly recommend a stay here.

Apartment is close to the street, it can be noisy but with the closed windows we slept great!

We had Delux room, it was perfectly clean, good size room, plenty of space for storage. The host is wonderful, always there to help with anything you might need!

The only thing I could make up is the absence of a douche holder in the bathroom.

The location of the studio was perfect - 5-10 min walk to groceries, restaurants and the sea. The place was very clean, and the host Katarina was very polite. One morning she gave us a cake she had made for breakfast. For the afternoon she made us a compliment with fresh fruits. We had a terrace with a seaview and a small equipped kitchenette. Everything we need for the holiday.

Everything is new in the apartment and clean, we were surprised to find out that the room is cleaned every day and got frequent change of towels like every two days which is something not expected at this price range. The terrace is large and there is a parking lot right opposite the building and its location makes it convenient to visit the best beaches in Sithonia without having to drive through the narrow streets of Neos Marmaras.
