Seems that they were a bit understaffed (1 person was doing several things at a time). We would have loved a pool bar or someone to regularly check and take drink orders at the pool.

The views are gorgeous and the pool amazing (its open until 11pm so we really enjoyed it in the evening! The room was big and comfortable and our balcony huge! The breakfast was very big (it was the same every day though) and the stuff very friendly and helpful.

It felt as the place was empty most of the time, even though there were other people living there. Others might see it as negative others as positive. Depends on what you are looking for. Sometimes it feels as if you are the only ocupant of the whole hotel.

Excellent place for a getaway. Ideal for romantic couples. It is literally at the end of the land where nothing else is there appart from greek nature beuty. Perhaps its not ideal for families and small children as there are no special infrastructure to support small children. However, there views of sunset are magnificent, rooms are very large and there are no city sounds, only nature. If you are interested for a place to get away from the city crazyness, Koukouri is great. If you look for a "live" hotel with activities, music, personell everywhere, avoid it.

While my stay had positive aspects, I couldn't help but notice that the room, considering the price, could have had a more pleasing aesthetic. It felt a bit lacking in quality, which was a tad disappointing. Moreover, the bed's headboard was noticeably dusty, suggesting a lack of cleaning for an extended period. This aspect definitely affected the overall impression of the room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thanks to the fantastic pool that offered a refreshing escape. The traditional breakfast was a delightful culinary experience that added a local touch to my mornings. The staff's exceptional helpfulness truly stood out, as they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

hot water for shower are issue. we had the same problem (not always having hot water in showers) in three rooms. room maintenance should be improved.

We had a spacious room with a balcony which had nice view and perfect temperature in the afternoon and during night hours. The hotel was relatively close to Areopolis and Gerolimenas. Breakfast was abundant and good. The personnel was friendly and helpful. I will visit again!

Breakfast is the same every day. Some changes should be made. There are not enough dishes in the kitchen so we had to ask for them. They got us everything we asked for.

The location of the apartment is excellent for visiting Mani. The whole complex is very beautiful. The houses were built in the spirit of traditional architecture. The room is spacious and nicely furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful.

They didn't give us a quite room as I had specifically requested upon booking but they did everything they could about it. Also they should give more attention to the details in the room (e.x. bathroom) and displace anything that might be destroyed.

- kitchen had no Equipment. after aksing we hit some basic stuff, like plates, pot and pan. - but still no trash can or kitchen towl - we had no problem with it, but still, dogs were howling a lot.
