The bathroom was very small with funny small oldfashioned tub.

The owner and his wife are very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was freshly made based on our request, the selection was plentiful. The garden and the pool are beautiful.

Absolutely nothing.

Always a pair of sunbeds with umbrella available with a very peaceful vibe, Seconds from a stocked bar and restaurant if either were required. Pool was always clean and refreshing. All this literally seconds from your room. Rooms were cleaned daily which was good to see. This venue was also minutes from the bars and restaurants.

The bath/ shower was small and difficult to get in.

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. Freshly cooked breakfast to order. Our room cleaned everyday. The bed was comfortable. The pool was was very well looked after. We were made very welcome.

Not much, the kitchen area was very basic and the bathroom needs modernisation but apart from that.

The staff can’t do enough for you, it’s very clean and the pool and bar area are spot on. The beds were comfortable. The AC and safe deposit box were included in the price which was a present surprise. The location is very well placed 10 min walk to the beach and at the end of the strip so bars and restaurants are within easy reach.

If I have to pick a minus it's the tiny shower but it sounds like the bathrooms are next on the improvement list.

We arrived as guests and left as friends, the cooked to order breakfasts are wonderful, the public toilets are amazing, if every improvement of the property is done to that standard Vicky's Garden will be the top place to stay in Kalamaki. Lovely pool, good selection of food and drinks. Nice size room with a very comfortable bed, washing line with plenty of pegs.

Perhaps when the studio rooms are updated, then the cost of the accommodation will reflect the stay. Otherwise, the pool, gardens and bar area were right on the money.

Serene, welcoming atmosphere with no hassle from mosquitoes, or young annoying families with kids. For most of the week, we felt like the only guests there. The team were excellent. Spiros and his wife did their utmost to make sure we were happy. I felt like a Greek prince. The younger crew mates, were always polite and patient, they even laughed at my silly humour.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like. The interior of the apartment was a little dated but the size made up for it

Excellent hosts, family run, almost like a home from home. Good sized apartment, we had our own room plus separate beds for the kids, kitchen and bathroom separate. Very comfortable beds and pillows and great air con. Beautiful bar and pool area with good snack bar. Excellent breakfast every morning. Only a short walk to Kalimaki and around 10 minutes to the beach. Will definitely return

The room could use some renovation. The furniture (with the exception of the bed) looked quite old. Functional, but old. We are not that picky it was ok for us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool, terrace and pool bar are newly renovated and they looked very nice. The owners/staff made our exeprience even better. They were so nice and went above and beyond in making our stay pleasant. The Kalamaki beach is close (5 min walk) and it’s a nice sandy beach. We also rented and ATV/QUAD for a couple of days and went all over the island. We were glad we chose Kalamaki for our stay.

Nothing, rooms are slightly outdated and no modern bathrooms, although you don’t need this in a Greek apartment, everything works fine..

lovely location, secluded and quiet.. Beautiful pool and bar area with pretty gardens. 10 min walk into Kalamaki with the airport, and Zante town only 10 mins drive away..

The room needs renovation and the bathroom as well. Also, the bathroom is a little small. The cleaning lady does not know one word of English, we could not even agree with her to come back to clean in half an hour, because she would not understand "half an hour" or "30 min".

The garden, the staff, all great here. The outside of this property is amazing, a little corner of Heaven 😍. We loved it! The breakfast and the cocktails were also very good and the owners were so nice people!!! We would definitely want to get back here if we ever visit Zakynthos again!!

The shower / WC room was compact, however, this is normal in this location and didn't affect our enjoyment.

everything at the hotel was perfect, we are a mature couple and chose a studio room which was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and had a quality mattress (new). The pool and outdoor areas were kept clean and tidy. Being a small complex communal areas were quiet and we prefer this.

I asked for bath as I have oesteoathritis and wanted to be able to soak in it. However this was impossible as I think it's really only about the size of a shower base. Also difficult to have shower standing as know where to hang it thefore you need to hold with one hand and wash with other. Although we weren't too bothered about cooking facilities they had obviously been taking away. No crockery, cutlery or glasses only mugs and plastic plates, plastic cutlery and plastic cups.

Apartments cleaned every day. Staff very nice and helpful. Comfy beds. Owner let us keep our room later on last day due to later flight.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Spiros and his family did everything to make this our most relaxing holiday. The location was quiet but still close to restaurants and the beach. Large selection of breakfast options and smoothies.

The only problem was with the hot water in the shower. Hot water was only during the day, lukewarm in the evening and cold in the morning.

A cozy, quiet and intimate place. The owners were always smiling, friendly and very helpful. Tasty breakfasts, but I missed the dessert in the form of, for example, fresh fruit. Rooms clean and tidy, air conditioning cooled the room nicely. Location close to the beach, 10 minutes on foot, quiet neighborhood.

The rooms are next to be renovated after the bar and pool area have now been done as the rooms are very basic and are in need of updating which Spiros will no doubt get on and complete.

The owners and their care, the pool and pool bar and also the closeness to the Kalamaki main road and tavernas etc..

Everything: Hosts greeted us immediately when we got out of out taxi on arrival. Hosts were always available to help with anything. Room cleanliness and pool facilities were exceptional. Breakfast was probably the best we have had in all of our years of travelling : Personalized and freshly prepared every morning.

Another bin in the room, there was only one in the bathroom. I assume, due to Covid, we only had disposable plates and cutlery in the room (real cups and teaspoons) - I hope this can be changed back to 'real' equipment once things are more normal.

Friendly greeting on arrival, easy to get settled quickly. Felt relaxed straight away. The location was excellent with close by tavernas and bars. The pool was clean and pleasant, never seemed too crowded, lovely drinks from the bar. The breakfast was delicious - we nearly always ordered the fruit & yogurt, it was a generous portion and kept us full for most of the day!
