We have been dreaming of visiting Greece, specifically Santorini, for years and this was a dream come true. We loved our stay at Krokos Villas with unbelievable views. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the caldera each morning was amazing. The young woman working at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

There was a strong noise every time our neighbor opened their air-condition. It was so loud that sometimes it was distrurding our sleep. Cleanness could have been better and more often. Also, there was a smell coming from the caldera, which was sometimes strong, depending on the wind. There were ants in the kitchen area, which btw was poorly equipped. The water was really salty, even for brushing your teeth. And of course, the stairs to get to the room were a lot and not very convenient, but honestly, this is what you should expect for a room with a caldera view, so no complains there...

The location is great, and we loved the breakfast on our private balcony and of course, the magnificent view. The breakfast had also gluten-free choices, which is really great. The staff was exceptional, I really can't stress that enough. The bed was quite comfy and there was a dehumidifier in the room that helped a lot.

A slight smell from the bathroom, but it was bareable!

Loved everything about this place! They try to accommodate you for everything, We checked in really late our first night & they had organised our airport transfer and we were also greeted by a lovely gentleman who helped us with our bags! They served our breakfast on our balcony every morning at our chosen time. The views were incredible, the location was perfect! We loved this accommodation and would honestly stay here again!!

I was lucky to get the best room with the best shower view at the caldera, builted on the rock, with the rock inside the bathroom! Even-though it was not a superior suite because of the size was so cosy & quite! Angelique is a great host, thank you very much! I recommend !

Amazing location on the caldera with no other property in front blocking any of the view of the ocean and the caldera. Many lovely restaurants a few steps away.

Amazing from the get go! We had a friendly staff member help us by carrying out bags all the way to reception and room. Faye the lady at Reception is one of a kind! She has gone above and beyond to make sure we are having the best stay possible, so friendly and accommodating. Faye has organised our taxis, quad bike rental and she even got us suncream when we realised we had none! Room is spotlessly clean, good aircon and great breakfast every morning! I can't say thank you enough to Faye and the team for making our stay so special! 11/10 for Krokos Villas

I loved everything the view was wonderful the breakfast was great. The receptionist Faye was truly caring and extremely helpful. Helped us with everything we needed helped us with booking anything and haggled for us. Plus gave up the best advice possible on what places were worth or not worth going how to get there and when the best time to go was. Getting the most value out of our trip. And all the staff were so helpful and kind.

From day 1, Feya and the staff were super helpful and the view is absolutely spectacular 😍 definitely recommend, location is great and you are in walking distance of the old port and the buses to the rest of the island.

The jacuzzi had cold water, which probably would be nice in summer, but I came in spring.

Everything was great -- the room was clean, comfortable, in good condition, with plenty of hot water, and with a patio with an amazing view (where breakfast is served each morning). The location was also perfect -- close to restaurants and the walking path to Fira, but also quiet and peaceful. There were some stairs, but staff members helped me with my luggage when I checked in and out. And most importantly was the staff. They all were very helpful and accommodating. Hassan was a familiar face, and he helped with my luggage and helped me catch a taxi. And Faye was so hospitable and so welcoming. She spent a lot of time with me, answering my questions, making recommendations, etc. I really appreciated it! I saw her daily and she was very available and ready to help. And her homemade cake was wonderful! I ordered it every morning with breakfast!

-In the 1st day we were given a different room that did not match what we asked for but they changed the next day upon our request - the bus line go to Fira exery hour which is not convenient and we had to walk 30 mins to reach Fira
