Room with spacy balkony. Large room nicely equiped. Great breakfast. Pool clean and in operation in mid April (20 degrees C). - We forgott some items in the closet. The hotel sent it to us wth courier service without charge!!

The breakfast could be much better and with more options. Not necessarily bad but just fyi - there are many many cats all over even when having breakfast, just in case you are scared or allergic. Sometimes they would jump on our table etc.

The property is super nice in a quite location, perfect for relaxing vacation. Everything was clean and well put. The stuff was nice and helpful.

Shower leaked badly. Bed mattress wasn't flat...had a hollow in it... possibly memory foam squashed? Didn't sleep well as a result.

Lovely building, quality furnishings and beautiful location. Spacious balcony, excellent breakfast, authentic Mani stone building/atmosphere. Helpful staff.

The breakfast is functional, at best….and the water supply can be a little erratic! Minor issues.

A wonderful tranquil haven; surrounded by mountains on three sides: awesome sunsets on the fourth. The pool is necessarily cool, but the green spaces around it are a delight. Only 5 minutes into the buzzy centre of Areopoli, too. We would definitely stay again. PS V comfy bed.

Wonderful location. Very comfortable rooms. Very nice and green outdoor spaces with a lovely small pool. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Very close to Arropoli’s center.

We visited this place with our children 9 years ago and went back now. We just love this place, it is a quiet retreat, family owned, away from the crowds, on walking distance from Areopoli, with a nice swimming pool (new poolbeds). It was as we returned home ! Every morning there is a homemade breakfast, with salt and sweet pies, cakes, beignets, feta,... The rooms are air conditioned (works very well), all have a large balcony with loungers, overlooking nature surroundings. Parking is just in front of the property. The rooms are romantic with stone walls and curtains. We will - again - definitely return !

Only available room was the large room with lounge. It did not have a balcony to take advantage of the view.

Hotel restored house with only 9 rooms. Quiet. Good breakfast and toasted sandwiches to take for lunch.

Generally it is very quiet but a dog barked all night and a lot of motor bike noise however this is a minor problem and something that is out of the hotels hands.

We have stayed here before and as in the previous stay we have really enjoyed being here. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. Wonderful pool, rooms full of authentic character and a short walk into Aeropoli. Very comfortable beds and a great shower.

Everything was good. 3 tips to make the stay even better; 1) the air-conditioning, emergency exit light and WiFi modem produce quite allot artifical light during the night, it would be comfortable to put some black tape on them or cloth 2) the shower is a bit small for tall people. The shower handle couldn't rest on its own but we had to hold it in hand. 3) the garden was amazing, we hope you will see it more as a selling point 😃

1)The location of the apartment is close to the historical center of Areopoli, and at the same time not so close that you'll experience any noise. 2)The staff/family is friendly and interested 3). Also the breakfast was fresh, and there's a good balance between choice and quality. 4) Nice garden

A wonderful conversion of an old farm in a picturesque and excellent location for visiting the Mani. The rooms keep the spirit of the old building. Just a short walk into the town centre and tavernas.

The sleeping area of my particular room was situated in an upstairs loft. It was fine for me, but the mobility-impaired would want to make sure to book one of the single-level rooms.

Family-run guesthouse a short walk from the center of Areopoli with lovely, sweeping views of the countryside and very nice amenities. Sumptuous breakfast. Very big rooms divided into a living area and a sleeping area.

No utensils and coffee/sugar in the room upon arrival. There was no bottled water in the otherwise running fridge.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and well decorated. We got a free upgrade so we cannot be sure how our initial room would look like. The staff was friendly, but as this is a family business, there were moments that we felt there is not enough professionalism. Overall it was a great stay!

I loved everything at this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, picturesque and right next to the main town. Really a wonderful place to stay in an exceptionally warm, cozy and beautifully decorated hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff. Best hotel in Aeropolis.
