There is nothing that we did not like.

Vaggelis and Maria are just wonderful! The hotel is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Furthermore the rooms are spotless and very clean. Having breakfast is nothing short of a treat as Maria prepares your breakfast fresh every morning. Also the „sweet of the day“ option for breakfast is like a nice present every morning, baked by Maria. The pool area is lovely and the sunbeds are really good. For the pool you get separate towels. From the hotel it is just a 5 minute walk to agia Anna and 10 minutes to agio prokopios or plaka. All very recommendable beaches to visit. Naxos can be easiöy reached by bus or car. Would definitely return to this hoteö for a next stay on Naxos island.

We had to ask for a blanket as only sheets provided. Also a bit of noise from other guests woke us up - not the fault of the owners but the rooms are not completely soundproof.

The property is about 5mins walk from beach past sheep and donkeys - making you feel like you’re in the country. Beautiful property with gorgeous pool and gardens. Room was spacious and cosy and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Maria and Vagelis are wonderful hosts.

The owner and his wife were around 24/7 to help or advise. It was more like a hotel than a rented apartment, a hotel with a very personal touch. The apartment was cleaned every day and fresh laundry provided. The windows had insects screens. For an additional price we got excellent breakfast, prepared according to each guest's wishes.

Nothing, it was all perfect.

Everything about this accommodation is perfect! Vagelis and his wife are the most wonderful hosts, who work extremely hard to make your holiday as perfect as possible. Our room was well equipped, so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is to die for - a large selection and all locally sourced. Our balcony overlooked rolling countryside and the beautiful hotel grounds, with Naxos Town in the distance. It is only a short walk down a well lit track to the wonderful beach, tavernas and restaurants of Agia Anna. The bus stop is also at the bottom of this track, with frequent buses to Naxos Town. Thank you Vagelis and Maria for making us feel very special - we will be back!

Nothing … everything was perfect

This hotel is a little gem. Perfectly located a few minutes walk away from the centre. The pool area was picturesque and peaceful. The outside space was lovely for breakfast or light lunch or even drinks. The rooms are beautiful, with everything you need. Hosts did everything they could to ensure our stay was perfect. Love this place !!

Vaggelis and Maria were exceptional hosts, amazing breakfast, great pool, beautiful clean and comfortable room - great restaurant recommendations and even bought us our cinema tickets for an outdoor screening, easy tp do ;laundry and walking distance to loads of restaurants and beautiful beach - the perfect holiday place. Also recommend Paradiso on the beach for food and Sunsets

Having to leave!

This is a beautiful place to stay, 5 minutes from Agio Anna beach. We had a sensational time here. It’s peaceful and tranquil and close enough to all the restaurants of Agio Anna. It is also 5 mins from the bus stop, which gives great transportation from the port/Naxos town all the way down south and around the island - we’d recommend using the bus, they’re every 30 mins and €2 a journey. The room is bright and spacious, with enough space for us to unpack all our things for the week. The bed was very comfortable, and the shutters keep out the morning light. We had a couple of nights in, one spent on our balcony watching the sunset, another chilling watching Netflix; both with local food we’d bought in Naxos, and prepared in the small kitchen area. We swam most mornings in the pool, which was very quiet. The pool was bigger than expected, and great for doing some lengths! We’d highly recommend having the breakfast here, it was so delicious! Maria is an exceptional baker, so if there’s an opportunity to try one of her cakes - do it! Vangelis is the perfect host, warm and helpful with great knowledge of the island. We hired a car one day to see the local villages and he gave great insight on what to do and see. We had the most magical time here, would stay here again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend others to stay here too! 💙

We had a lovely stay in Ktima Lino . Our rooms were clean and spacious with great bed and showers and cleaned every day . We received cakes from Maria every second day . The pool area was gorgeous with great sun beds and umbrellas . You could have breakfast each morning and there was plenty of parking spaces. Vagelis was an informative host . You could walk down the lane to the village and beach . Greet restaurants in short driving distance and lovely beaches

Honestly nothing. The room was well designed with superb lighting and windows. no mosquito problems!

Superlative accommodation, the room was to a very high design and specification. The bed was extremely comfortable and they even had a Nespresso machine with complimentary pods. Vagelis and Maria were the most welcoming hosts, everything truly was perfect.

More storage in the room. Perhaps a chest of drawers as we had to keep a lot of our stuff in our suitcases. This is a small point however as we would not hesitate to return!

Nice and quiet location (5m from the beach) with a great pool area. The room is very nice and big enough for a few days and is cleaned daily with new towels if you want. Service was excellent too! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place and Vaggelis and Maria were lovely and so helpful. The breakfast each morning was brilliant and Maria would always bake something for you to try which was the best bit. Great pool and just a 10 minute walk down the lane to the beach and the restaurants.

The owners were so welcoming and attentive. It felt like you were staying with the family. The breakfast included their homemade fig jam. The swimming pool was a peaceful place to pass the afternoon surrounded by farmland, just 10 minutes away from the beach

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It’s in a great location about 5/6mins to the beach at Agia Anna/shops/bars etc. It is a modern property with brilliant attention to detail in the rooms , such as Water and Maria’s cakes on arrival and during the week too! I have to mention the pool, we had it to ourselves quite often and it is clean and has comfy sun beds , towels are provided. Finally, a nespresso machine so we could have a coffee every morning on the balcony ! Great stay, definitely book this if you’re thinking about it .

Exceptionally clean and quiet. Location was only 5-10 minute walk (or short drive) to an area with chill beach town vibes and restaurants, away from the noise of Naxos town. Well positioned to drive to other great beaches like Alyko Mikra, Mikri Vigla, and Plaka, or the mountain villages. Vaggelis and Maria were incredible hosts. Breakfasts were a highlight to start each day with great espresso coffee, scrambled eggs, and a daily homemade sweet that was always a treat.
