The views were amazing and the property was very clean and airy. The bed was large and very comfortable. The facilities were very good. The hosts were lovely, friendly and very accommodating. the location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Village centre.

The sea views with the sun setting on the sea are breathtaking! The clean and well equipped rooms are an easy walk from town & offer a spacious, cool retreat from the hot sun. Jenny, our gracious host, went way beyond what is expected to make our stay outstanding.

Fantastic hospitality, Ilias is a very friendly and helpful host, the best i've seen in many years of holidays. I will definitely come back here next time around, you feel immediately at home with him. Location is good, at walking distance from Armenistis beach, my favorite in Ikaria. The apartment was wonderful, large rooms, balcony in front of the sea, where is great to sit with friends. Upon arrival we found beer in the fridge, marmelade and butter, and toasted biscuits for breakfast. Three types of coffe. A tostie maker. The bathroom was in very new state as well as the whole apartment. Wifi and private parking. Superb!

One of the best choices in Ikaria and in Armenistis! The apartment is easy to access, spacious, very clean , with parking, with many amenities, with great sea view and in walking distance to the market. Our host Jenny exceeded any expectation with her hospitality, always there for us and with plenty information where to go and what to see in the island. Looking forward to visiting again !

Everything was absolutely fantastic!! The house is very clean and very confortable! The view is magnific! The host Elyas was so kind and nice - helped was with everything, took us to a Village tradicional party, and was allways available. The Best place to stay in Armenistis and nearby!!! The upstairs room was a bit difficult to maneuver around in. At only 5’3” tall I could not stand without stooping because of slanted ceiling.

Location was excellent. Host was very nice and helpful. We felt very welcomed and cared for.

One of the best accommodations I have ever had: - Very clean, spacious and comfortable studio including a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. - Ilias and Jenny are extremely kind, welcoming and attentive hosts, who helped us with all our needs - Accomodation includes free parking, it is in a 5 Min. walking distance to the center of Armenistis and is very quiet at night I strongly recommend staying here when staying in Armenistis. A truly great experience!

Maybe it was just our room but our bed was a bit “squeaky”. Regardless it was definitely worth it and we would love to come back to the same place when coming back in Ikaria.

It is a bit warm in the loft bedroom.

The property had a gorgeous view and was a convenient walk to the main square. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. They helped arrange taxis and inquired about bus routes for us. The bathrooms were nice and the beds comfortable.

Jenny and Ilias’ property is beautiful with each unit featuring a balcony looking out over the sea. The apartments have everything one might need for an excellent stay and are located at the edge of Armenistis, on the road to Nas.

Ilias was fantastic host - very welcoming, informative and generous with giving us Ikarian treats. Great location overlooking the Aegean. 5 min walk to all the shops/cafes. 7 min walk to fantastic beach. Parking directly opposite.

There was nothing!

We had a great stay! The bedroom with a small balcony has a sea view, which we enjoyed very much. Not ten minutes from the flat is a small beach where I always swam in the morning. Jenny is really a great, warm host who reads every wish from your eyes. As a welcome gift, she gave us tsipouro and grapes. She also arranged a local car rental for us when she found out we couldn't get a car. Thank you for everything!

Great place in Armenistis, which is the center of the island. Big and spacious apartment, renovated, exceptionally clean and with great view over the Aegean. Most importantly, Tzeni the owner is very friendly and accommodating and has numerous great recommendations for the island. Can't wait to visit again!
