Amazing location just a couple minute walk from the center of town and the beach in town. Close to all the action but tucked just far away enough for some peace and quiet. Beautiful view of the ocean and town from the balcony. Impeccable interior design with amazing attention to detail - we could have stayed forever and our 2 children said the house was their favorite part of the trip! Stunning house. Very comfy beds. Easy check in with such an amazing host! We can't wait to come back

Nice city house on Spetses. A beautiful house very large for 5 people. Those little details from the owners make a huge difference: coming to the pier so we don’t have to walk to the house with our luggages, some cookies offered, 1 or 2 packs of water (1 bottle for 5 people would have been cheap. We have seen it elsewhere…), … We loved everything !

Totally loved the Villa. The kindness of Mariketi, the decor, space outside and in, the furnishings, comfy big beds, great for 3 couples or a family like ours (sleeps 7). It smelled beautiful, the linen, sheets, towels. super clean. If returning to the island, definitely be back here. Thank you Mariketi 💜

A spacious property with a split level terrace. we were in the apartment part of belle helene. the upper terrace had a large table and chairs. the lower terrace had the hot tub and sun loungers. so the outside space is great. a great sun trap.

Excellent host with good communication. Mariketi met us at the port and had arranged transport for our luggage. She gives us lots of information and recommendations of things to do including a map of the island. Mariketi had also left several bottles of water and some food in the fridge which was greatly appreciated. The property was very homely and had everything we needed. We loved having breakfast outside on the terrace. At short walk into town and definitely recommend popping into the Spetses Museum next door.

There could have been a couple of loungers in the garden area, as the chairs are not that comfortable if you'd like to spend more time there. Additionally, the garden itself could use a little maintenance, as it has fantastic potential!

The premises were very well looked after and everything was sparkling clean. The host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Exceptional!! Great location 5mins walk to the town. Big house with 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, capsules, cleaning products etc.), comfortable beds, two verandas. One of the rooms had a big veranda with town view. Really clean. Mariketi who was there for the check-in was more than friendly and helpful, she gave us many tips for our visit in the island. Totally recommend it.

The home has so much character but nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen. The terrace off one of the bedrooms was huge with a view of the sea. The kitchen was so cute, I loved making my coffee in the morning! Nice courtyard with dining table.

This property is so special — it has a retro style with amazing pieces from the owner’s ship captain family, but with new bathrooms and all the modern clean amenities and great AC. plus a grove of lemon trees, two outdoor spaces, and a great location. it was perfect for two couples to explore the island beaches by day on bike then stroll out for dinner around the port by night. MariKait was so helpful and attentive, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was really perfect - the location, the apartment itself, the level of comfort and cleanliness, and the amenities. The apartment has a very well stocked kitchen and a huge double level terrace with a private hot tub. The owners were really welcoming and did everything above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely stay at La belle Helene again for our next visit to Spetses Island.

Every thing was perfect.

large house, great terrace with heated spa. Large TV with cable, including a few English speaking channels. Fast WiFi. Large variety of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. Clothes washer and an electric dryer. Place would be perfect for an extended stay. Easy access to the port, restaurants, cafes and grocery store. The host responded immediately to a few minor issues that we had. Host arranged baggage delivery to and from the ferry port. We would definitely return.

Lovely, comfortable apartment with modern conveniences, stylish decor and a touch of the flavor of authentic Old Spetses. We loved the location: 5-7 minute walk to the harbor with restaurants and shops, yet in a residential neighborhood. We had the feeling of living on a classic Greek island with the added conveniences that visitors enjoy. We could easily walk to a town beach, or to the taxi stand, bus stop or water taxi to head to one of the lovely beaches that are not located in the main town. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We would definitely stay again.
