Location was in quiet area , the host was very nice , he gave us the keys from the outdoor if we are out after midnight witch we were very suprised. He told us everything we need he would help us. I recommend this place

Cleanliness is at very good level. Nice large bathroom with everything available. Kitchenett space is limited but it is equipped with everything you might need to prepare a breakfast and a light meal. Special appreciation to the host Dimitris who was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and he was up to welcome us and give us the keys. Unfortunately we didn't have good weather most of the days which is unusual for Paralia Katerini. So Dimitris offered to compensate us with an extra day for free. He also gave us a nice gift at our check out as a compliment. We would definitely recommend this place!

The accomodation was great, spacious studio, comfortable beds, small kitchinette and terrase with garden view. Location good also, quiet area but 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach and to the restaurants and shops. A big plus for cleanness, the room, the stairs and all areas of the building were very clean, the bed sheets and towels were changed during stay. Another big plus for the owners kindness and availability, Mr Dimitris and his daughter Elisabeth were available all the time and helped out with anything you needed. Very nice people, great customer service. Mr Dimitris agreed to an early check in without charging extra. We arrived very early in the morning, we asked Mr Dimitris if it is possible to have the room earlier than the check in conditions say that is 14h00 and he immediately prepared the room and called us when it was ready, which was pretty soon after having informed him about early arrival so we had the studio during morning, shorrly after arriving. Thank you :).

The kitchenette is nice, but very little space to prepare any food. So do not expect to cook for your family there three times a day, unless you bring your own extendable table.

This is a nice room with a lovely balcony. You do not have a dining table inside, but there is a table and chairs on the balcony and you can dine there. Who wants to eat inside anyway on a nice, sunny day! (Although sometimes the sun is too much or it is windy, but I liked the idea of dining on the balcony, so no complaints here!) The owners are very nice and helpful. The daughter of the owner one day gave my daughter three peaches as a present, just like that.

There's nothing I didn't like about this accomodation :)

I love the La Petit Sirene Studios: they have everything a guest needs during the stay, and studio was very clean - for 10 nights, we had 3 bed linings and towels sets (one when arrived and 2 times everything changed). All studios have it's own terace. AC was working perfectly, and using it was included in the price. I recommend :)))))

Would recommend placing mosquito nets on the door to stop bugs from the balcony entering the room. Keep in mind that it is a family-friendly place, so you might hear babies crying, like we did.

The room was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The host was super friendly. The location is a walking distance from the beach, yet it is quiet. There is a mini market 2 minutes away. It is also very convenient with parking. Overall, we had a great time and recommend it!

I had no problems finding the place. It's 5 minutes walking distance from a nice beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood, also not far from the center. The owners were very nice and helpful regarding whatever we needed. The balcony had a partial view of the sea. Parking was never a problem. Very clean. Would visit again.

Mr. Dimitris is the best. He does everything for your comfort. The villa is nice, clean rooms, all what you need. Free parking around. The beach is approx. 8-10 min walking. Definitely a comeback!

Little bit far from restaurants

Friendly owner and staff, wifi ok, big bed, clean, lot of parking space on the road, quiet. The beach is 5-10 min walk or 2 min by car and you have a lot of free parking spots.

We waited 30 minutes in the garden until they accommodated us . We booked a standard studio with two single beds, but they put us in a standard triple studio with a pitched ceiling, which we kept hitting our heads on when we wanted to use the beds.There is no drying rack for clothes and towels after the beach. The bathroom was missing the stand for hanging a shower head..

Quiet and peaceful place - close to the beach and away from the noise of the resort. Cleanliness in the hotel is excellent.
