Very little to not like - the property and host were lovely but maybe just a slightly longer walk into the centre than we had anticipated.

Room was lovely and very comfortable and our host was extremely friendly and helpful. Also a lovely welcome from the family dog every time we arrived at the house!

Loved getting to know the host and her dog Laila. She is super kind, with authentic Greek hospitality, and made the stay special. The location is just a few minutes from Voidokilia and Gialova, and an easy fun drive from Pylos. I prefer renting from locals who provide an authentic experience, and this was it! Thank you again and hope to see you the next time we visit the Peloponnese.

The property is located very close to the Gialova Beach and few kilometers to Voidokilia beach. There is around an olive tree orchard. The owner is very friendly. House is more than clean. The owner speak well English, so is very easy to communicate. The view from the house about Navarino bay is amazing !!! There are more historical places in the neighborhood. (Nestor Palace, Pylos Castle, Methoni Castle)

The guest house is situated in a quiet location overlooking the nature reserve yet within easy reach of the seafront restaurants of Gialova and local beaches. Fani was most welcoming and the accommodation was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. HIghly recommended.

The location is about a 5-minute drive to the beach, however, if you are staying in Gialova that means you will most likely have rented a car to get there, anyway, so it’s not really a problem. The mattress was a bit too soft for our liking - sinks in a bit too much, my husband said he had a sore back in the mornings.

The room was very clean and tidy. The host, Fani, was extremely welcoming and friendly! It was a pleasure to stay here. Very close to the Main Street with all the restaurants and souvenir shops in Gialova - about a 3-minute drive there!

The property is amazing, both near to the center and quiet as it is off the road. Mrs Fani is an excellent hostess, made us feel most welcome and assisted us on everything we needed. She was warm and caring for me and my dog.

Spacious room and home located a couple of minutes from Gialova restaurant scene and beaches. Quiet home surrounded by garden and olive groves. Welcoming host Fani provided recommendations for dining and places to visit.

Very nice place to stay with a beautiful balcony overlooking the Voidokilia beach. Sunsets are also great. The owner is very helpful and her assistant (Leila the dog) is the best and very very fluffy!

Nothing, we loved everything.

We were so lucky to find Fanny’s guest house. She is so kind and hospitable. It was so nice to come home to a smile and be greeted by beautiful Lyla everyday. The room was a great size and the bed so comfy we didn’t want to get up in the mornings! Rooms cleaned every day to a fantastic standard and the view and location couldn’t be more perfect- a true gem! We miss it already!

We had the most wonderful breakfast. Eggs,fruit juice,coffee,toast, marmalade - whatever we wanted.. Our host,Fanny,was lovely. She was so helpful and kind. She even gave us a lift to Pilos when we couldn’t get a taxi driver. The house is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We will certainly return!

We booked this room last minute. 10 minutes before we arrived and the lady at the hotel was exceptional. The room was the cheapest we found so we were not expecting it to be great but we were surprised how good it was.

It was a very pleasant stay in an authentic house, which was made with a lot of "meraki" (personal touch and attention to details). The location was quiet and green, yet close to Gialova, where the food and night life was available. The garden around the house was smelling wonderful, especially in a cool summer night! We would definitely stay there again, when making holidays in that area.

The room was clean, wide and very cozy. The terrace has an amazing view and the sunsets are beautifully from there. The host was very kind and friendly. Also there is a big parking to leave your car. You will feel at home in this place.
