Very far from the airport. Was told by email that the hotel doesn't provide airport transfers , but when i arrived, i saw the lady at the reception taking bookings for airport transfers. Anyway, for my flight they didn't have a bus to transfer. Never received an email back from the hotel before arriving. My questions weren't answered. Very poor and minimum selection of coctails included. Rooms are very old-fashioned. Had an issue with AC, and I had to call reception a few times, but weren't fixed on the first day. Was freezing cold first nite. Only fixed on my second evening, even letting know reception early in the morning, no one came up all day. Had to walk again to reception ( long distance) to send someone over not freeze for a second nite. In general, I got sick of the cold.

Nice big resort by the beach. Food ok, just missed more selection fresh fruit and berries . Animation team very friendly. 3 big pools, but it was too cold to swim.

Wonderful time in nice and quiet place. Private beach, plenty to do. Worth to have a car (rental car). Free car park on the front of hotel. If they offer a butler, take it. The facility is huge.

- Meat was very average, with cheaper cuts used and lacking in flavour. We ended up eating out a lot in the evenings - Not the hotels fault but there are a lot of mosquitoes and wasps, pack mosquito repellent! - Snack bar food was generally unhealthy and not great tasting food

- Located next to a nice sandy beach - Kids pool was good with three slides and a smaller baby pool - Salads and pastas were always fresh and varied through the week - Majority of the entertainment team were fantastic, Marvin was awesome.

A couple of basic things could be better at Sandy Beach. At times the restaurant was so busy it didn’t have basic essentials such spoons. Still water was difficult to find. The bathroom in our room was mouldy, most likely because the shower leaked on to floor also making it dangerous for small children. Requesting and arranging a late check out was also incredibly difficult.

The beach is fantastic. Clean, sandy and safe for small children.

The rooms could bear more furniture, it's quite minimal and some elements should be replaced (e.g. the shower curtain). We had a family room with 2 rooms but both rooms were made as bedrooms and we missed a living area in 1 room. The common toilets and tables should be cleaned more regularly. There were many wasps around the food and drink areas, which were quite distracting

Nice location, including the sandy beach, many free sunbeds on the beach and around the pools, good variety of food, always something to eat and drink, excellent animation team Our room was really big and comfortable in size and daily cleaned (cleaning was okay) Most of the common areas are well maintained.

The opening hours of facilities such as towels kiosk, pools etc were not adjusted to August time & temperature, open too late and close too early. Dining room could not include all guest therefore it was challenging to find tables

It was really busy. Many guests were blocking sun beds from early morning despite the fact that they were not using them until later in the day. That’s more of an issue with the guests rather than the property as the resort clearly indicates such behaviour is not appropriate. The staff were always eager to help find sunbeds on the beach.

Hotel have a problem with sunbeds, if you want to have a sunbed, you must to wake up at 7.30-8.00 and go with towels to reserve your sunbeds. Sometimes if you come later to eat, there is no plates and you must to wait

Nice sandy beach near hotel, a lot of activities, food was good, big and nice pools, on the evenings there was playing live music.

There was an issue with the bathroom smell from the sewer / drainage. Also, as in most places the people tended to reserve the sunbeds by throwing a towel on it.

Overall the food was delicious, nothing fancy, as simple as it gets and plenty of options each time.

Pools were opening at 10 am and at 8 am you would already have people leaving their towel on the chairs, at the opening there would be no space on the pool and as warning there is only a very little sign (not quite visible) with the request not to do so. When we arrived the receptionist was talking and making calls while we were speaking, the atmosphere was very hectic. Restaurant food was very good however being summer many of the choices were quite heavy we were hoping for some grilled fish or meat but it was rare, we got grilled fish once and it was delicious. The check-out mentioned on Booking site was 12 and finally it was at 11 so we had to change pick up time.Finally all the above didn't ruin the experience, as it is a big site and there is a choice of activities and closeness to the beach, however would not return again.

The resort was quite large, rooms were very spacious, people at the supermarket were very kind and helpful and food was good.

There could have been more varied food, but that's because we have something to compare with other hotels. A lot of mosquitoes, but we knew that, we had all kinds of remedies, so it didn't really worry us.

Quick check in, was given a wonderful room with 2 bedrooms, living room. We received a delicious wine as a compliment. About eating - you definitely cannot die of hunger. Something could be found. Every day at all meals you could eat as much ice cream as you wanted, the child was happy. About the territory - I really liked the pools, there was also a place to walk. The hotel itself is located by the sea, beautiful and comfortable.

First of all, the cleanness. Our bathroom was smelling really bad and even that i told the cleaner next day was still smelling bad. The card to open the door had problems, we were three people and none of ours was working good, i had to go to the reception in the afternoon and still only one was working to open the door. The breakfast was really good, but the lunch and the dinner almost the same for all 6 days we spent there, we never had a sea food as it has to be., sometimes cooked fish but with sauce on it. The guys in the beach bar near the beach should be more friendly and helpful, when we didn't have our glass with ourselves to tell us how to process with the chips they were using not to worry about tips., and the coktails on the bar are suposed to be free for All Inclusive not only 5 free and others you have to pay for. . For the money we paid it was good, but not worthy if you pay more than 1000€ for 5 night AI.

I loved the organisation made of every night and the games or sports during the days, especially 2 beautiful ladies (the one who makes the pilates and the other one the aqua gym, a very beautiful girl they were both really lovely and friendly and made my visit there mos beautiful. The resort on itself it was good for the fresh air, the green around and for 6 days i never got bored walking around.

If you are coming end of July / August the hotel will be completely full. That means you may end up chasing for beach towels (simply not enough for everyone) or there would be no available tables at the restaurant. Plus of course a lot of people everywhere: in the pool, beach restaurants etc.

Super location with very nice sandy beach, protons of the best on Corfu. Friendly staff, special thanks to the animation team.

The drinks were all too sweet and with a lot of syrup. Also the food wasn't really good an healthy. Going to dinner, breakfast or lunch was always a struggle and very hectic. Too many people and not enough tables and chairs. You had to search, wait, look and almost run to a free table with your plate to get a spot to eat at. They should change their food situation and food selection itself.

The animation and kids programs was very exciting, funny and created lovely. I really enjoyed the Mini Disco and the Music Quiz. I also liked the fact that there were three different pools and only a short way to the real beach. Therefore you could always spontaneously switch and choose where to hang out and where you want to swim.

The only thing we didnt like is that many tourists are reserving sunbeds next to pools or on the beach just by dropping there towels in the morning, as a results half of the sundbed are emty 'waiting' for there 'owners'. Hotel stuff should take care of that.

Amazing resort for families. We loved the food, snack selection between meals. Big thank you to Mini Club team, who organised great activities for kids. There's a store on site where you can buy whatever you need (snacks, suvenirs, pool toys). There's nice clean and sandy beach right next to resort. Despite few bars in the resort it was quiet after 22 (at least where our room was located)

The customer service was not great. I called every day while there to get our A/C fixed - each time I was given the run around and after five days the A/C remained unusable. It was about a 45 minutes drive to reach Corfu town.

My kids loved the easy access to the beach and pool with slides. The food was quite good for mass produced food. This was a great choice for families. It would be too far from Corfu town for couples in my opinion.

The hotel is located on the south coast of the island, and it is not very convenient to get there, the best option is a taxi, which costs from 50 to 70 euros. Women who registering us at the reception all the time kept answering calls, which made our check-in twice as long. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture needs better maintenance. Cleaning was not the best. There were stains on the TV and the mirror before our arrival, and no one erased them during our entire stay. Maybe more staff is needed. But the biggest problem in the hotel is that the sunbeds near the sea and the pool are constantly occupied by towels where no one was lying or was nearby. We noticed many times that the sunbeds near us were occupied, but no one came during the day. We also ordered a waking up call for 5:30 in the morning, but no one called us (fortunately, we did not oversleep) In general, all plus in this hotel are more than the cons, and the wonderful view from the window on the sea and mountains and the fantastic beach easily cover all the above troubles are described.

A wonderful hotel with a large area. The hotel is located by the sea. There are enough sunbeds and a volleyball court on the beach. The beach is great for families with small children, because the entrance to the sea is slow with a sandy bottom. There are also four wonderful pools with different depths. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. The food is tasty but a bit monotonous. There is also an opportunity to visit an Italian and Greek restaurant on the territory. The bars have cocktails for every taste and always friendly bartenders. I recommend the hotel for family vacations.
