Overall the experience at the labyrinth studios was very satisfying! The owners are friendly, and polite, and guided us through the local beaches and restaurants very thoroughly. The room was clean, and had everything we needed, and even more; like a fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer and mosquito repeller. Also, as we stayed at the ground floor, we had a great view to the swimming pool which was lighted up at night. I should not forget to mention the incredible bed mattresses, and the raki we were served as a welcome gift!

Fotis waited for us on late arrival and welcomed us very friendly with some gifts of, rakhi, olive oil from their garden, figs in sirup homemade and very delicious. Both Katerina and Fotis were very friendly hosts who made us feel more like friends and were eager to support us with tips for walks and restaurants when requested. Thanks for some wonderful days with view to the ocean in walking distance. Cute Studios for a very good price and for the size well equipped in the kitchen.

This accomodation was really pretty. Stuff woman was helpful and kind. The rooms are nice also with the balcony. nice view of the mountains with swimming pool :) the shame was at that time we were there, was so windyyy weather.

On foot its about 15' to the beach

Very cosy room with everything you need and a nice balcony. when arriving there was some olives, rakki coffee and everything in the room which makes for a nice welcome!, very friendly owners (got a lot of good tips about where to eat and go swim) and fluffy dog. Perfect location from which you can go snorkling at the closest beaches or prehaps for diving (lots of caves underwater). nice places to go eat nearby as well. defenitly recomend staying!

If I was being picky I would say that the room was a bit tired in places. The location is not so great for walking back from Plakias after a few too many drinks! The shower head didn't have a hook on the wall so you had to sit on a little stool and hold the shower head with one hand!

Great location for beaches, pretty much halfway between Plakias and Damnoni beaches. Great to have an apartment complex with such a nice little swimming pool for such a great price! The kitchenette had everything you need and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.

All better than expected! Since it has been possible an early check in the host informed me well in advance. At arrival a lot of very useful informations were provided, about the menus of the tavernas in all the nearby villages(it matters alot when you seek for authentic meals in an mostly touristic area) or to escape from tourist traps beaches. Katerina&Fotis are real old school Cretan hosts with those kind of approach that dissappears in Greece as days go by. Studio very clean with all equipment(kitchen included) that ones should find in a studio(sometimes things are missing even from our personal homes). Very nice pool kept spotless. Full of trees garden that serves also as a private parking lot and this provide the shadow needed to keep cool our cars. Very good oriented building regarding the well known usually NW Plakias winds. Last but not the least a word about the comfort provided by the bed mattress, not usual for this kind of accommodation. Huge value for money if you seek the positive aspects and know very well your expectations.

perfect location. the owners are super nice, it was very easy to do a late check in. the apartment is spotless and the location is close to the main road. windows with double glass. I would recommend this place.

Pillows a little bit uncomfortable for my taste but nothing major really.

Extremely attentive host. The reception was closed on my arrival but they left a message for me at the reception door and the room key in a convenient location. Very quiet and relaxing spot, surrounded by olive trees and typical Cretan hills. Biscuits were left in my bedroom as well as a local massage parlour brochure. Plenty of body products available in bedroom and reception area free of charge.

Beautiful views of the mountains. Close proximity to many amazing beaches. Very inviting and relaxing pool area. Clean and tidy room with a fully equipped kitchen. Loved to sit on the balcony and dream about the surrounding mountains. The staff/owners were super friendly and made us feel at home. We miss this place already!

This small family run hotel is at a great location, very close to Damioni and Ammoudaki beaches, which are our favourite in the area. The hotel has everything you need, it’s clean and the beds are super comfortable. Above all, we loved the hospitality of Katerina and Fotis- very nice hosts and gave us great tips of where to eat and relax. We would definitely recommend this place!
