I can’t find the words to describe how good it was everything. First of all, the location is right on the beach so you can always hear the waves. It has a beautiful patio in front, a jacuzzy and you can find anything you need. The location is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever been. You can tell that the owner cares about the costumers. Maria was amazing and I am so happy I got to know her. 100% I will go back with my family there.

There was honestly not a single thing we did not like about the property.

Maria was the most warm and welcoming host, who did everything possible to ensure our stay was perfect. Lenico Villa far exceeded our expectations; spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and furnished throughout - and with every possible comfort and amenity. The villa enjoys stunning views of the surrounding bay, has a lovely shaded patio to escape the midday heat, plus a perfect lawned area for sun-bathing and even a refreshing spa! Fantastic location; the beach is literally on your door step! Local shops and restaurants are just a few steps away and Heraklion city centre is an easy, 30 minute drive from Agia Pelagia. The villa and surroundings are quiet at night, perfect for a good night's sleep!

We liked everything !!!

Maria is the BEST HOST ever and so much caring!!! We have enjoyed our stay at Lenico villa and can highly recommend it. Very unique and private. The house is directly located at the bay of Agia Pelagia with fantastic sea view. A very new and modern stand-alone villa with lots of space and atmosphere. Very lovely decoration - we were not missing anything. Supermarket(s) in 1 - 3 minutes away. Lots of restaurants with authentic Kreta dishes - very friendly and welcoming.

What you see is what you get. Simply the best location in Agia Pelagia. Starting from the location up to the Owner, it is simply satisfaction guaranteed. The Villa is so classy and modern and yet perfect for family with kids. We got everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Nothing at all - all very good.

Everything was in perfect condition. The location was great, right in front of the beach yet still maintaines privacy. The owners(M &J) were amazing hosts, even arriving very late due to our flight, they still waited for us with a cake for breakfast which was so delicious. Before leaving reluctantly at the end of our accommodation we were given some treats to take with us by the hosts. We shall definitely be returning.

It is difficult to leave the Lenico Seafront Villa, because you feel at home there.

At first you feel welcome, then very quickly you feel at home at The Lenico Seafront Villa! Before arriving, you image how it might be, and as you get there, there is no single point, where you would think “oh well, this could have been better if…”. To us, it is so much more than “all inclusive” vacation, because you have the luxury of this modern and cosy beach house and many restaurants within a few steps, but you do not have to bother with neighbors or sharing the beach for example, because of the private space in front of the house. Pure luxury, we think. And if you need anything, Maria is always available and helpful but she will never disturb or surprise you unawaitedly. The house has also clearly been renovated by people who know it, meaning the space and materials are on point, shadowing outside and automation inside are great and you can stay there for weeks, not needing anything. The beach offers clear water, partly with some waves - very fun to play in for children from 4-99 years old. Snorkling is also an option, we saw many fishes, crabs and an octopus. And by the way: The photos shared by Lenico on the internet are the exact pictures of how it looks in reality! We would come back any time 💙

Absolutely no complaints. The property and hosts are amazing and the home was perfectly clean.

Our family loved our stay at this property! This modern, two bedroom home is located directly on a beautiful beach. You literally walk out the gate and within steps are on the sand. The private hot tub and patio were wonderful, with amazing views. The hosts were truly lovely, they spoiled us with their generosity and kindness, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great time at their property. This beach is apparently a favourite of Heraklion residents, as it is on a sheltered cove, so it is far less windy than the beaches in Heraklion itself. From our experience, this is true. We travelled with our children and saw many Greek families enjoying this beach with their kids, also. We also loved that the property is on the quieter end of the beach, as more of the lively restaurants and bars are towards the other end. A fantastic stay and we would return in a heartbeat.

We can not think of one single thing

The location is perfect, the sea is just ten steps from the doorway. The house is immaculate, the design, perfectly comfortable, you can clearly see with how much love and taste the owners built and furnished it, everything is just perfect! The view is amazing, all the doors have mosquito nets, the sitting area is very comfortable, it is very convenient that the house is elevated so people cant see you neither can you see anyone, perfect. The house is very clean and equiped with everything one might need. There are quite a few tavernas, one just next door with amazing owners, very warm and friendly! Big shout out to Stella and her staff! Maria and John, you have been the most wonderful hosts, very easy going and very available for any questions we might have had. Greeting us with cake for our kids and wine for us upon arrival. Thank you guys for making this house and making us feel at home, relaxed and happy to have had a perfect vacation. It was a pleasure!

We loved everything.

I cannot write a review which would describe how perfect our stay was. We have been travelling as a family of 5 adults. Altough the house inside seems to be small for 5 people, actually there is plenty of room for everybody. The house is basically located on the beach and instead of laying on the beach you can just rely in private garden. The house is elevated so actually people from the beach cannot look inside the house which gives a feeling of privacy and separation. Jacuzzi during the day was also amazing, especially for people who dont like salty water. The house is closed with code so if the whole family decides to go swimming in the sea, you dont need to take a key with you. Swim in the sea is just a walk down the stairs (maybe in total 10m). There is a shower on the entry to the house so after the swim you can directly wash yourself before a sun bath. There are sun beds in the graden so you don't need to rent own ones on the beach. House is in front line promenade full of tavernas (and it is not noisy during the night!) to pick from for the evening and shop is 3 min walk away. We would recommend the stay to everybody and we will come back!

We liked everything. If I had to think of one thing to complain it would be the mosquitos but they weren’t too bad and you have them in other places as well.

We had a wonderful time. The villa is equipped with everything one could ask for. The owners are very welcoming and available if any help is needed. The design and location is extraordinary. One can clearly see that the owners put a lot of thought and love into the house. Located right at the beach one has a perfect view and going into the water for a swim means just stepping out of the door. One does not need to rent an umbrella at the beach because resting on the villa’s terrace (equipped with chairs, sun beds and jacuzzi) is just wonderful. Right by the beach entrance there is a shower to rinse off the sand. Even when the beach was more crowded during weekends, you feel private and secluded. We basically stayed outside all day. When going to the beach one does not even need to take the key since the door(s) close automatically and you can enter the property by typing in your personal code. Very convenient. We stayed with our baby and the location was perfect for us. Quite close to the airport and restaurants and supermarkets just next door. So some days we cooked ourselves (all sorts of kitchen equipment is available), sometimes we had dinner in one of the restaurants. I guess it’s also quite nice to order take away food or drinks from the adjacent restaurants and enjoy the food on your terrace.
