Breakfast could be better but it was ok enough. Heat in room not working, I could not figure out how to turn it on. It was needed in late Oct. But I did not ask reception about it, so maybe It did work.

Large bathroom with good size shower cabin, unlike other hotels nearby. Lots of space for things near sink. Bed was fine. Location very good, 2 blocks from waterfront and also Ladadika.

1. the bathroom tub was eroded, the middle part was without email already 2. Doors have a huge space underneath and light from the hallway enters the room at night, not to say about the sound 3. Being on a busy street and an old building you can not sleep longer due to the morning traffic.

Poor wifi connection in the room, which, and especially the bathroom, needs renovation. The shower curtain is almost coming off, and I think there is mold under the edges. My room faced the backyard, which was probably quieter than the front rooms, however, when the kitchen exhaust system started at 6 am, it was quite loud.

Excellent location in the city center, everything is in a walking distance, including the bus stop to the airport (ca. 5 min). Breakfast with large selection, also with delicious local products. I think there was the kindest and most helpful staff I have ever met in my travels. Both during breakfasts and at the reception where they assisted me to book a trip with Ammon Express Tours with discount.

The only single comment I would have is the fact that rooms can have a face lift done. Rooms look like they would be fully renovated around 10plus years ago and never touch since. Slightly outstanding compare with what I would think is 'modern' hotel. Overall this is minor comments compare with benefits listed above.

Best of this hotel is location. When I will say 10min walk each direction to see best what Saloniki offers. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is generous with freshly served local cheeses and pastry. Finger liking home make sponge like cakes are great too.

Parking could be closer to the hotel, because in the usual heavy traffic of the city, it takes a very long time to cover even the shortest of distances on very narrow, one way streets.

Air conditioning was minimal and could not be regulated. Also, it was VERY loud.

The location was excellent - close to many attractions, shopping, markets, and restaurants. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of variety, and coffee for free in the afternoons was nice. Beds very comfy.

The room was spacious, but in need of refurbishment. The service at the reception tried to convince me to accept a room that I had not booked, which was not so welcoming.

The hotel is very well situated. Close the main square, nice restaurants and good shopping.

Breakfast should be serve a little bit earlier as some trips starts early. And we really din't had the chance to eat breakfast as they serve it at 7.30am and trips do start at 8am.

Love how its was near the restaurants and where its near where the bus locatio for travel trips are.
