The exterior of the hotel could use a little layer of fresh paint. This would give the building a bit more "allure".

Lianos hotel apartments is located outside of Spetses town in a really nice and calm area. The rooms are large and have a little balcony which is amazing for spending a warm summer night, overseeing the pool. The staff is particularly friendly and very welcoming. It's the kind of place you feel good about going back to at night. The hotel is located at walking distance from a monastery that I highly recommend for a visit!

The most friendly place where I ever stayed! I used to travel a lot due to my occupation before the pandemic and spending time in various five star hotels but trust me this place is something special! Most likely due to the family who runs the place!!!

One of the beds was broken and would give in to the weight of whoever was sitting or laying down on it.

Did not try the breakfast, but it was available everyday. There were a few bakeries and restaurants nearby where we ate instead. Hotel was in a great location for these amenities.

Needs some maintainance in the building (external wooden doors and locks and some wooden windows) Bathroom has no window or some kind of ventilation Lady cleaning the rooms impolite to guests Pool is open from 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-20:00 It would be nice to have more extended hours like 8:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00.

Spacious clean airy two bedrooms family room with many windows. Nice outdoor pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Shuttle service from and to the port. Pool bar with nice omelettes, ham and cheese tost coffee and other drinks. Very polite and friendly owners. About 12-15 minutes walking distance from Ag. Marina (Paradise) Beach and 18-20 minutes walking distance to the center. Quiet residential neighborhood. Safe to walk around. On the day we checked out we appreciated that the owners offered us to leave our luggage there in order to enjoy the day and the shuttle brought them at the port at a time agreed when we wanted to depart. Thank you so much!!

Nothing we have stayed here several times now and just love it .

lovely location not far to port hired quad from just down road had a good deal as paid cash 30 euros a day . panos was very welcoming and gave us a really good room for price we had paid . His mum was adorable and so friendly couldn’t do enough for us.She worked very hard !The cleaner too was fabulous and cleaned room daily. swimming pool very clean we appeared to be only guests there it was so peaceful.

I loved everything especially the hosts they really looked after me me being on my own and always had time for a chat absolutely lovely couple and kids were so well behaved and very sweet

Hosts were amazing! So friendly and the hotel was very clean + pool was a bonus. Drinks and breakfast at the bar were good value/quality. If you stay in the two bed apartment keep all doors open so air con flows through. They do offer a taxi service from the ferry terminal so don't trudge up the hill to the hotel! Contact them before you arrive. Also bike rental is a must to get to the town/beach.

I have had the worse Wi-Fi experience in my life. There was no Wi-FI connection from our room. We had to be in the common areas to have Wifi-signal. Also even when connected the Wi-Fi speed was below average. It is not acceptable in the 21st century to have such bad Wi-Fi. Finally, there is some strict policy about visitors in the hotel.

The hosts were very helpful. Always willing to give something extra to help us out. The rooms were nice and cosy
