Location to ferry and bus station. Very helpful friendly staff. Has elevator, interior common room and cafe.

The hotel is pretty close to a McDonalds and also pretty near both to a bus station for the local buses and to the bus terminal in order to go to another places in Crete like Gouves, for example.

We were able to walk to the port in 5 minutes to catch our early morning boat. Hotel was easy to find.

This is a great hotel for anyone who needs to take a bus from the main bus station in Heraklion. It's just a couple minutes to walk to the station, which is very convenient for early trips. The room was clean and comfortable with good air-conditioning.

It’s along side a pretty busy street with lots of traffic and you can hear some planes flying over. So a bit more noisy than hotels in the city center.

It’s almost next to the main bus station, the staff is friendly.

We got a room with only a view on the air shaft but we knew that and it was actually an upgrade

Location close to the bus station and port. Room was fine. Receptionist was nice and gave a little orientation that answered a lot of questions that you usually need to ask.

Small room, and it took a bit to cool down due to no window and weak A/C.

Nice friendly staff. The room without a window was good for an overnight stay. Walking distance from the ferry port and downtown. The bus srop to the airport is on the same block as the botel.

Wonderful reception on arrival by Hercules! Very kind, friendly and helpful. Room basic, clean, all of the necessities. 7 euro breakfast was value for money. Sofia was welcoming and helpful!! Buses nearby, taxi price reasonable. Thankyou all!

Nothing- perfect for what we needed.

Super close to the port and the bus station, ideal for a stay over. We had an early start so was perfect. Comfy bed, great shower, kettle and fridge. The manager was lovely- super friendly and couldn’t do enough.

The location was perfect and ideally positioned in terms of the airport, waterfront, and the E45 and E90. Then, the view of the harbour was pleasing in the morning and at night.

If anything, our room had only one window that opened onto very small courtyard. no view and felt a little claustrophobic.

Hercules on reception gave us a very warm welcome and told us everything we needed to know about how to get to the bus station and local restaurants etc. He also allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checking out so we could visit Knossos which wouldn't have been possible with our bags. Just what we needed to make our stay a great one. All the other staff were also very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Perfect location to see the sights and within walking distance from the shops, restaurants, bus station, museum and bus stop for Knossos. You can also walk to the hotel in 15mins from the port. Very busy location but you have easy access to many places at the same time. A wonderful experience.

The bathroom and room were small, but met the need for our stay, and everything was clean.

This was a very good value hotel that was very clean and met our needs very well. It is very close walking distance (only 10 minutes to walk with luggage) to the ferry port which was very helpful. There is an elevator, (although small), to have ease with luggage.
