Hosts: studio well prepared for guests, with many details to feel welcome like coffee, water, or sweets. Very responsive. Location: 2 minutes from the beach and main square yet quiet, not on the street with restaurants and bars. Clean. Great bakery from the same host with the best baklava I have ever tasted! Big balcony. Definitely to go back to.

Clean, tidy and freshly new studio. It’s very well equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay. The terrace is amazing. They have a private parking for your car. Also the location is really convenient and near shops, restaurants and in the same building there is a pasticcerie with very yummy Greek deserts. The host is really kind, friendly and helpful. There is nothing to complain about! We loved it and highly recommend this place. I’m sure you’ll love it as well:)

Too firm mattress of one of the beds.

If I could rate with more than 10 for this place I would. It is right to the beach and the center of Asprovalta. It is thought for everything that you might need and is provided. The place is very clean. The host is very, very nice and helpful, if you need something. There is private parking. Everything is perfect. Thank you!

Everything was great!

The apartment is very modern and is just as in the photos. It is very close to the beach and has a really nice terrace. The host was really helpful, nice and also spoiled us with different kinds of sweet things throughout our whole stay. The bakery on the ground floor is also owned by the hosts and is the perfect place for getting a snack on the way to the beach. The accommodation also has a private parking area.

Everything was excellent.

If there was a grade higher than 10 this object would get it from me. Apartment is soo beautiful, stylish and modern. It has also a big terrace with swing where you can spend time in the morning and evening. Our host Dimitris and his family are very good people who always helped us when we needed it and they are very kind people. It isn't shocking that this object received prize for Traveller Review Award from Booking, because they averaged 9,9 grade. They deserve it. There is also a tool with helps you to remove sand from your feet before you enter the apartment. Dimitris owns pattiserie just down of the apartment where you can have really delicious breakfast for a very small price. I expected from this apartment to be very good when I saw it on Booking, but this exceeded my expectations. I guarantee that if you choose it you won't make a mistake.

Everything was fantastic.

The location is perfect - close to the beach, to the supermarket and the main street. The parking can be seen from the terrace, which is very big and has a table for four and a swing <3 The hosts are wonderful and very kind. We are very grateful for the presents they gave us <3

There was no such thing.

The owners were great, welcoming and polite. The room was clean, all new furniture, modern bathroom and kitchen. Clean beadsheets and towels. Fully firnished kitchen and bathroom. Private parking avalible. Close to the beach, 3 min walking distance. Close to the main street. We were there for 7 days and don't have any complains just good things to say.

We had a wonderful stay. New and clean studio with a beautiful terrace in a great location. Amazing hosts with a family business, They have the best Patisserie with a wonderful assortment. We were regularly surprised with all kinds of delicious gifts. Definitely recommend!

Really central location on a quiet street at the same time. Very comfortable beds and mattresses and a lovely terrace. Dimitris was very welcoming! You should definitely visit the patisserie on the first floor, they offer delicious Greek sweets and great service (homemade ice cream is a must!)

Suggestion :-) Consider more clothing space (extra shelves), a family of four travels with lots of baggage :-)

I was overwhelmed with the hospitality and kindness of the hosts. They were always there, ready to help if needed, giving an extra mile by leaving little sweet treats in front of the door. Warm recommendation :-) The location is very nice, near the beach (some 150m), but again in the center of town. Everything is brand new - the kitchen is cute and small, but with all appliances you need. The beds are really comfy :-) I slept excellently. The most beautiful part of the property is the balcony! We had a corner room with a large balcony and most time we spent there, Omg it was great!
