Everything war perfect

The hotel is very nice and clean, very close to the sea, cafes and supermarket is just downstairs. The staff was very nice and helpful. We are more than happy with the stay.

This isn't really a negative but would've like the TV in the room to allow you to stream from your phone.

Location was very handy near the beach front. Breakfast was great and had different things each morning which was really nice! Room was spacious and cleaning was very good.

We enjoyed our stay at Lilium Luxury Suites so much! The interior, cleanliness, furniture, smart features, the view...everything exceeded our expectations! Would definitely come back next time we visit Crete!

Parking is small, almost non-existent. Every evening when we returned to the hotel, we had to call Reception to move the car so we could park. Breakfast is varied but tasteless. The dishes give you the feeling that they are not fresh. There is no description for the dishes so you don't know exactly what you are about to eat or if those dishes contain ingredients you are allergic to. The breakfast staff is disrespectful. The tablet in the room did not work.

Spacious room, lovely sea view. The bathroom was large and towels were changed daily. On arrival we were surprised to find a basket full of fresh fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine in the room. Quiet during the night.

There is nothing we did not like actually.

We did like the friendly staff that make us feel cozy during our stay into Lilium Luxury Suites. We had breakfast included (till 10:30 a.m. ) and we did like the large variety, local products and also fresh orange juice and lemonade which were included every day. The great beach bar is in front of the suites ( less than 5 minutes walking distanance), the supermarket is under the suites and you can find all you need. There is also a great local restaurant next to the Suites named Spiti ( try the Cretan salad :)) and is open for lunch every day ( as most of the restaurants opens around 16:00). The location is quite good with easy access to everything in and around Agia Marina.

The table inside was a bit too small

I liked that it’s a high tech property. I also liked that the shower, the sink and the toilet is not in the same room. It was a plus that we had a clothes dryer and a hanger.

Only thing missing is a light curtain, there are only the thick ones which are not usable for the day, so people passing by see into the room.

It's been an amazing stay there. Staff is very friendly, 5min walking from a beautiful sandy shalow beach. Suoermarket straight underneath, restaurants and anything you could wish for is in walking distance. It's a high-tech room, so one has to like it too :) After few tries it's easy to use though. There is an equipped kitchen, bath supplies, comfortable mattraces.. anything you's need :-)

The actual living space was a little smaller than we expected, but that's because there was also a kitchenette fully equipped. All in all, the room was nice and comfortable enough and very clean.

Excellent location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beautiful sea view. The staff was very friendly and efficient, Very clean. The lady at the reception was particularly nice, helpful, proactive, and efficient. Breakfast was very good, just as we expected. A location where we will surely return!

Shower could have drained better, sometimes leaked into bedroom. Flagged to hosts on our departure.

Lovely, spacious and clean apartment with a great balcony. Plenty of space to unpack our things and feel at home. Well air conditioned and room well maintained every day. Great location in agia marina close to restaurants and bus stop. Lovely variety of food available at breakfast.

Our shower draing was clogged and some of the water flowed somehow to our room. We mentioned this during our stay but it didn't at least yet got fixed, but it didn't disturb our stay that much. Also Alexa was not working, but same applies here, it didn't impact the overall stay.

The room was extremely comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Room was clean and silent. Bed and pillows were very good. And not to forget extremely helpful staff who helped us in everything. Also the location is great, beach just minutes away and great supermarket with kind staff just downstairs.

Outside noisess of barking dog. Too much hightech-means curtains moved with noisess every time vhen we past by them thrue open glass door.No bedside lamps.

One point less for a breakfast, which should be improved. Especially the quality of food. And in such modern room, there should be a iron equipment available all the time, not just on request.

The apartment was so beautiful, new and clean. Very modernly furnished. The staff was so kind and helpful. Even though the reception wasn’t 24-hours, you still can contact them if you need something. So convenient.
