The cleanliness at the hotel was not acceptable, the parking was with a good location, however due to the heavy rains was quite muddy .

The location is great, right in front of the beach. The beach is clean and not crowded. There is a beach bar but it is a bit on the expensive side. The included breakfast was tasty. The room was getting cleaned daily!

it was not pleasant, because in the description it says that there is a private beach, it turns out that there are 10 sunbeds for hotel guests on the last line, everything else is paid 20/30/50 euros. each waitress said a different price.

It was not ideal that even though we are guests of the hotel, we still had to pay for the premium beach slots like the cabanas on the first line, it felt misleading because the photos of those same cabanas are part of the slideshow when you check out the room/hotel on this platform.

The breakfast options were numerous and all very delicious. The rooms in the hotel are well maintained and the location is absolutely stellar. The beach is right across from the hotel and the whole experience feels high class. The staff at the restaurant (and the beach bar) were absolutely lovely and very very accommodating with all of our requests. They truly made the holiday a seamless time of joy and relaxation.

no drinkable water in the room (plenty for showers), I know this is common, but at 300 euro/night I would expect they provided a water cooler, or free water at the restaurant, or a few large-bottles with house-keeping per day as needed. Second day (of 4) the private beach (umbrellas/restaurant-bar) was shut down by the authorities for tax infractions (kind of a bummer, since the price of using these is included in the room, but they were other facilities nearby for a few extra euros)

breakfast was great (american modern/fusion); people were really helpful and friendly (especially the younger ones, went out of their way to help and seemed genuinely happy and friendly); AC in the room came really handy (were there during a heat-wave)

The familiy bungolov was not like pictures at the booking. In the room every day we faced with lots of fly. Towels had marks and dirt after housekeeping. We told this to reception then changed again

All of the employees were friendly and helpful, especially Anna and Sophia. The location of the otel and the beach were very nice

The hill to the small town above the resort was a little taxing. 10min walk up a hill and parking is extremely limited up in the town..

Staff were great and accommodated our last minutes change of plans. Suite was very well appointed and balcony was huge as we had an end unit. Location was right across from the beach and they had a very nice setup on the beach. Warm was quite warm and seas calm in the bay they are situated.

A lot of dust in the area. Cleaning need improvement, although executed daily. Pool is ridiculous and unusable. Far from city Center. Beach is mainly rocky.

Hotel is at the beach. Spectacular vistas at sea, huge 25m2 terrace with chairs, table and swing. Nice bar and beach bar. Nice beach amenities. Polite and helpful staff. Food is good.

Thank you very much for the friendly welcome. We all enjoyed it very much. The room/bungalow was very clean and has a very good location to the beach. Also Afitos with its reataurants, cafes ans bars is within walking distance. So just park the car at the hotels own parking place and enjoy ....

I booked this accommodation based on the comments of other guests and because on pictures. It was very expensive but I wanted something nice with the pool for the kids. It turned out it was just the bungalows (nothing special) and a small house with the restaurant. Food was very expensive. On the beach close by, deck chair are not free of charge for the guests, and again, the drinks are very expensive. In the price was included breakfast, but instead of rich buffet, there was a few options that you could choose from the menu. It was ok, but too poor for the price we paid. The jacuzzi wasn't working either and the pool was very small.

The room has no place to store clothes, a lot of mosquitos outdoor in the evening. The chairs at the beach itself are very expensive.

the ‘villa’ we booked was very small, no closest, no place for the luggage, you didn’t feel on holiday in the ‘villa’. besides the size of the house, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, for the price per night, you would expect a decent bed!
