Great hotel to explore this exciting region! Hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable about all activities and attractions in the area. Delicious breakfast with local products and gluten-free options. This is THE place to go for birdwatchers. The boat tours offered by Nikos are simply amazing, totally recommended for everyone!

A very pleasant, clean place with all comfort and excellent breakfast. Nikos is a perfect host, who will help with any question, and is also a wonderful birding guide. His boattrip on the lake Kerkini was just spectacular and a graeat experience for birdwatcher and anyone interested in nature. I would very much recommended this place for a visit of Lake Kerkini and we hope to return.

Even though we stayed for only one night, everything was just right and as expected. The host is very nice and open to help, and the location is right next to a supermarket, restaurants and a cafe. All in all it was perfect for one night.

Unfortunately, the street was unexpectedly noisy. We wanted to rest there over night on our road trip, as we had a long drive ahead of us the following day, but the noise from all the tractors & old motorbikes passing by the hotel until after midnight was too much. To make matters worse, the neighbours' roosters woke us up around 5 a.m. The hotel is really nice and the people are very, very kind, but if you have a long drive the following day, you should sleep with the balcony doors closed and turn on the AC or bring earplugs, if you travel during the summer.

The staff was very, very friendly, the whole place was clean and we had everything we needed. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable and we could easily park in front of the hotel. The center of the village is within walking distance (2 minutes away) and you can find places to eat there or you can do some shopping at the mini-market across the street (everyone here is also very kind and eager to help).

Very nice hotel close to lake Kerkini, with spacious rooms, comfy beds and amazing views over the mountains. The hosts are very kind and willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

If you're heading to Kerkini for birds/wildlife then this is the place to stay. Nikos (the owner) is very involved in the wildlife scene and will also be able to arrange a boat trip (recommended) which he runs. He also speaks very good english. All the staff were very nice, great breakfast and on-tap coffee (which was good), very clean and room was nice. The hotel is also close to the lake and it's a nice walk to it from the hotel.

We expected to see a bit more in the location and the room's floor was quite creaky, which is only an issue if you try to walk around and someone else is sleeping inside. No serious complaints!

The host, Nikolas, was lovely! We arrived 2 hours later than expected, around 1 am, and he still greeted us warmly and kindly showed us the room which was cozy, clean, spacious enough for 3 adults and quiet! An overall smooth and pleasant experience!

Calm and quiet place near lake Kerkini. The host was very kind and helpful. He waited for us very late I. the evening to arrive and in the morning he told us where are the best places to go around the lake.
