The pools could have had a policy of no reserving sunbeds by putting a towel on them. Every morning there were no sunbeds without towels on them

The food was good and every meal had a wide choice of dishes at both the main restaurant and the poolside grill. The staff were extremely helpful. There was a good variety of drinks. I was surprised that the hotel was all inclusive at that price.

Hard to say and remember. There were mosquitos in the beginning of our stay but we managed to coop with them:) There was a lack of plugs in the room.

The restaurants and food were amazing, A lot of swimming pools. Swimming Pool with slides which the kid loved so much. The beach is very close. Would like to particularly mention Client Manager Evgenia who was always around and was so cooperative and informative throughout the whole stay.

We lived in a room with a breathtaking view of the surroundings. Staff is very responsive and friendly, but not artificially kind. Excellent place for families with children, because there is a lot to do.

I have no negative inputs, only a couple of items that were uncomfortable for me. There is a lovely, very clean toilet for kids, unfortunately it is a bit far when you are on some of the pools, which makes for a big run when your toddler says she needs to go to toilet nowww. Same with the toilet in the restaurant. So after my vacation, I was in a way better shape 😆 The other is that I am a bit picky about my glasses, and for me, they were not very clean. I guess it is because of the hard water, but still, it is my thing.🫠

Very good hotel for families. Big enough, it has 6-7 swimming pools of different sizes, sliders, great kids playground, mini golf, volleyball, and others. There was entertainment every day, night show, music evening(different every day), kids club and activities. A lot of food and 3 main restaurants. The rooms are big, we l received a free upgrade. Also, our room was on the ground floor, which is great for families with small kids. There are no stairs and grass in front of your terrace. Free mini bar, refilled every day. Every day cleaning, changing towels, our linens were also changed a couple of times. As I did not find a comment about the sea, when I was searching, here are some details. The hotel is right on the beach, the beach itself starts with sand but then it continues with some stones, in the water there are stones as well, so shoes are recommended. You can buy shoes from the store in the hotel 13-15 euro. Unfortunately the water is not too shallow, when you enter is around your waist, so very young kids 2-3 years old could not enjoy much, but they loved the swimming pools and the water there was warm enough. The personnel of the hotel were great, smilling, and helpful. I really recommend it.

WiFi was a bit spotty at times and food in the beach restaurant could use a little more diversity.

First and foremost - the staff. This is our second year staying at the resort and it's like coming home to family. From the front desk to the bartenders to the cleaning staff - everyone was so welcoming and eagar to assist with anything. The room was very nice and super clean with a cute balcony, 3 available outlets and a very comfortable bed. The pools, water slides and beach are wonderful for adults and children alike.

Only one tiny complaint was cleaners at 7am making noise but it was sorted the next day and we got a bottle of champagne, fruit and a beautiful letter. So all good.

The politeness of all the staff in every department throughout the hotel. Probably the best I've experienced anywhere ever before in any other country. And especially water sport boss Simon who went diving in the sea after his work and found my daughters I phone which fell off a pedalo 200 metres out to sea.

The keys many times were locked, coz we put it near to cellphone.

The animation team was fantastic. The evening shows were attractive and full of positive emotions. The territory is huge with pools and sun beds, kids zone. The food was delicious.

The rooms need to be refreshed. The room was full with ants who were every here, in bed at night but most of it in the bathroom. Our room was on the top floor so I cannot imagine the ground-floor rooms what they must have endured. We asked another room but we were told the hotel is full and there is nothing they can do. In the bathroom there were no toiletries, no body milk, no conditioner no nothing, just some simple soap. For a 4* hotel this should be a must, especially since in the pictures on booking the bathroom is shown with toiletries. The drinks at the bar were not so good, the wine was of very bad quality and even their aperol spritz was not made on the spot, for a hotel that welcomes so many Italians I expected at least a decent aperol.

The best thing about this hotel is probably the animation team, they are by far the best team I've ever seen. They offer a variated show for all ages. The mini disco is a must for the little ones. The animation team is the only reason I offer such a high score, otherwise I would have probably regretted my choice of hotel. The swimming pools are nice and offer a lot of options. The beach is private and there are enough sunbeds.

I didn't like that you had to get up early to 'reserve' a sun lounger at the pool area - if you didn't do it by 8.30am you didn't get one until late in the afternoon. The resort is a bit 'tired', but it was still a great stay.

Loved that it was a huge resort, but didn't feel too crowed. Loved the main restaurants breakfast where the chef made me eggs as I asked. Really enjoyed the pools and the beach. The pizzas were excellent. Loved that your room was cleaned and you got fresh towels daily.

Food could be better. Nearly impossible to get a sunbed after 08.30 with no control so people put towels down and go out for the day.

Next time we will take special water shoes to enter the sea just for better convinience. I think there is an informal rule to reserve the sunbeds by placing towels on them. People do that even before 8 a.m. (however there is a note that towels placed before 8 a.m will be removed) and it happend to do not find any free just after 8 a.m. People do not take off towels if not using the sunbeds, unfortunately. So the first come, the first served rule applies.

This was our first expirience of All -inclusive holidays. We highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family and definately will come back. The personel is very helpfull. Special " thanks" to Oleksandr, the waiter from the main restourant, who took a fery good care of us during meal time. The room was very spacious and clean. The cleaning lady was very kind to change the blankets once we had a bespoke need. The food was very tasty and there was a big variety of meals. Even late buffet from 22.00 till 24.00 :) As we arrived late due to a delayed flight we were wellcome with some sandwiches at the reception desk and friuts and a bottle of wine in the room. Animation team - good job, very well done. In general - highly recommend!

The rental station for the sports equipment is unfriendly and complicated. For example it is not possible to borrow 4 table tennis rackets for a family with two kids, only two (!).

Staff is very, very friendly and the meals are good. The two restaurants are very central and the opnening hours are okay. The areal and the beach are very clean!
