Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A gorgeous property with white washed walls and traditional Greek vibes throughout and a most accommodating receptionist. We had a 2 bedroom which features a loft style accommodation with one bathroom and it worked for 2 couples comfortably. We also chose a room with a rooftop hot-tub and that was something quite special. The rooms with private pools are exceptional and the big main pool is lovely. The accommodation includes breakfast and dinner which is buffet style and it was quite nice for buffet food but not exceptional. Pool bar food was great!

United KingdomClearer vegetarian options at dinner and breakfast may have been helpful. The location is a little bit out of the way, but staff are very happy to book taxis that arrive quickly.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly and the drinks on offer are amazing. Staff on reception were extremely helpful and supportive with a variety of requests. The breakfast had a good range and dinners were lovely. The hotel was clean and the views were fabulous.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Lovely boutique hotel. Nice size swimming pool, beautiful room with a large balcony, only 2 stops from Lindos Bay. Food was nice.

United KingdomThe TV only has a few channels and they are mainly German or Austrian. Not an issue for us really but if you are staying more than a week or have kids you will need to bring your own entertainment. If you take your key fob with you when you leave the room, you won't be able to charge any devices as the power turns off automatically.
The food is excellent, good quality and wide selection. The pool is a good size, pricing for food and drinks outside of the package is very reasonable.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Beautiful and comfortable new rooms. Everything was top quality and in good taste. The staff are super friendly. The food was excellent. Don't think twice about coming here. Its an easy walk into Lindos, or you can take the regular bus. The swimming pool was lovely, and never too crowded.

United KingdomIt was a bit remote, no shops near by for essentials but the receptionist was happy to call me a taxi to go to nearest supermarket which cost about 15 euros there and back.
The hotel was lovely and exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly. Our room had a private pool and it was fantastic! We only stayed one nite but wish we had booked for longer. The food was amazing with great variety and healthy options. The staff really took pride in making the hotel the best it could be. Pilows were so comfy and it had a full length mirror which our other hotel didn't have. Nice bar area which had good cocktails and a nice atmosphere.

Although out of central Lindos for us this was a bonus. As it’s so busy there. Fab room, pool. EXCELLENT hotel food - both breakfast and snack bar. But staff were fabulous. Friendly and so helpful. Couldn’t do enough for all their guests. Exceptional. We will be booking to go again - and I can safely say I’ve never done that!

This is a wonderful hotel in Lindos that has everything one needs for a great vacation. It is modern and yet typical greek, well kept and very clean. The pool and pool area is green and beautiful (surrounded by trees that give some natural shade). Breakfast and dinner was amazing and definitely a highlight with lots of delicious choices. We liked everything but most of all, the staff made this stay perfect - everyone is very friendly and professional.
