The wait times around the lobby bar area for drinks - they need more staff. The white wine wasn’t very nice.

Check in staff were amazing. The app was fantastic and the food was excellent Also - well done to the person who took peoples towels off their sunbed who reserved but didn’t come down before 10.

Price of my room was quite more expensive that the one of my friends (same size room). Very early on sunbeds were taken by people putting their towels but not being by the swimming pool themselves.

All was very good. Staff very friendly and efficient. Massages were of very good quality. View from my bedroom was gorgeous.

The cleaning staff left glasses and plates outside our room all week. They were in and out of the room in a couple of minutes. The former would have been so easy to fix. The specialist restaurant food had to be sent back on a couple of evenings. I don't doubt COVID difficulties but it wasn't great. Not though enough to offset a wonderful visit and overall, the staff (not the cleaning staff) were fantastic, Attentive, smiley and all round very good.

Generally very good. Canteen staff were attentive, smiley and very helpful. Canteen food excellent overall. Great facilities, beautiful reception, entrance to the hotel, amazing views. Nice pool, bar area, great view from our room.

need renovation in many parts , facilities are not as portrayed for example the spa. the beach is a long walk downhill ! though they will send a cart to collect you. there is a lack of care by some staff I fell and no one even offered support or enquired as to how I was the fall was due to no fault of mine. having said that once I complained the managers and staff were very attentive. one annoying thing ! each day you have to ask specifically for more tea coffee milk and water , if it’s finished or low why not just replenish when the room is cleaned. cleaning of your room , I’d leave my room at 8/8.30 sometimes returning g at 3 to room still not made up annoying if you want a shower before lunch! room service although it’s all inclusive you have to pay 10 euros for the service and the only available food on the menu is very limited and Italian .

They should improve their front-desk staff. WiFi is quite low. The night activity was not good enough and usually quite boring.

Rooms facilities could be better (coffee machine that did not work, an electricity outlet that did not work next to the bed). Food variety could be better (no chicken, always pork). The evening activities could have been improved and have been a bit dull.

This is a real cool hotel. Adults only with beautiful white building and amazing view to the bay. There are 3 meals with fruits and a lovely buffet. The staff members are very welcoming and always wish and try to help and be nice. Although been in the middle of August yet the hotel was not crowded.

Couldn’t get coffee in the room, despite asking repeatedly The covers on the chairs in the dining room were peeling and stuck to our clothing Beech was very disappointing. All stone and no sand at all There’s a lot of steps which are hard work if you have accessibility issues

Wifi was very unstable and did not reach our room, air con was not strong enough for the hot weather.

Very relaxing and beautifully designed hotel, all inclusive deal was definitely worth the money, food was good and fresh. Staff were very nice, accommodating and helpful.

there was no water for our last 2 days of our stay something happen that the resort had no control over but tried to accommodate the best they can spa pool was not in operation but they made arrangements to go to their sister resort the lindos Grand which was great

Behind reception though was a different matter to the stunning sight upon arrival at the hotel. The slope outside the dining hall had no warning signs it was slippy - I fell and cut my knee. Despite reminders no effort was made to make it safe for others. The outdated room we were provided with had a bath but no slipmat for the shower. Having already slipped outside I didn’t want another fall. There was no mat provided. There was no plug to have a bath. When one was provided it was too big. The air conditioner did not work effectively. The TV was unavailable for English channels continually. The WiFi also problematic trying to get a signal. We moved rooms that had a wet room shower. There was a fault with the toilet continuously flushing taking two days before maintenance arrived. Despite the ‘please make up our room’ sign we had to get a toilet roll from a nearby occupant We had cockroaches in our room- one inside a glass of Coke! The poolside bar ran out of bottled water and also tonic water on two occasions. No sense of urgency to resolve. The cocktail bar ran out of ouzo. The sun loungers were in disrepair- broken slats and screws sticking out. The parasol took flight out of the base and a miracle it did not injure anyone. Took 2 x days for maintenance to fix them. A poolside chair was broken and despite asking it to be moved, appeared the following day as it had previously. The entertainment was not of a high standard - very poor. The food was not always good - limited fish options. No gelato / ice-cream available. The gym had no water facilities- no water installed despite requesting it. The spa had no water in the jacuzzi. The beauty treatments was far too expensive

Upon arrival the hotel looked stunning. The marble, lighting and reception area furniture was stunning. Some staff were fabulous- Janis at the poolside was thoughtful and considerate.

I had a booked in this amazing hotel and I have to say that my room exuded an airy elegance, with large windows that allowed natural light to flood in. The combination of soft colors, flowing curtains, and tasteful decor contributed to a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Reasonable rate for one night stay too.

I found this so amazing that I can't help but want to recommend it to everyone. It's truly worth it because this resort had everything on-site! From the hotel's pool area which is an impeccable experience to the elegant and very clean suites and rooms. Good priced for the room and very friendly receptionists.
