Very modern, comfortable, well equipped apartment. The location is just over a km walk from the centre of the old town, but at the apartment complex there is plenty of free parking in the surrounding streets. The staff is very obliging and helpful.

Everything was exceptional. We liked everything! There is not the slightest thing to dislike.

Large room, with very comfortable beds. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was in order and we didn't have any difficulties or problems whatsoever. The neighborhood is quiet and with easy parking.

I'm extremely pleased with the decision I made. The accommodation was spotless, well-kept, and had a chic decor. Opting to stay on the outskirts of the city center to enjoy a peaceful night proved to be a great choice. Moreover, the woman who assisted us with check-in was delightful.

Hotel is new and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room is well equipped with small kitchen (pot or frying pan you can get in reception). Car you can park on the street near hotel.

2 extra pillows would be nice. It got rather warm during the night and we weren’t able to get wall control to make it cooler.

Due to one way system, had a job finding the location, but possibly ok if using a sat nav.

It was conveniently located to the old town and seafront. Nice quiet residential area. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were well kitted out with little touches like water in the fridge. Great shower!

Hard to find any faults. We did have problem with finding the location and got lost in the one way system. Did manage to find parking near the hotel, but potentially could be a problem finding one close by.

Incredibly friendly, helpful staff, and each room was spotlessly clean and had nice touches to make our stay comfortable. In a nice quiet residential location and a reach by foot to the picturesque old town. Appreciate the water in the fridge and coffee maker in the room.

There was no one at the reception 24 hours a day. There were no blankets in the room.

They gave us complementary water in the fridge.

I was nervous to cook as they said the smoke detectors were very sensitive, I would have cooked more if it wasn’t for that.

It was perfectly comfortable, the bed was great, firm but not hard. They were very attentive, the staff was lovely. The shower was great, it was a lovely modern apartment. Also the fact that we always found a parking spot was a major plus, not much available in Rethymno

I’m still giving a 10, just wanted to mention that on the hotel description it says there’s parking available when in reality, it’s a quiet enough area for you to find space in the street. Not quite the same. We didn’t mind but I can imagine some customers to be bothered by that.

This is the best place we’ve stayed during our holiday, out of 4 different hotels/locations. The staff is very friendly! The room/flat was beautiful, well decorated, very comfortable. Absolutely nothing bad to say. Kitchen 10/10 bed 10/10 bathroom 10/10 terrasse 10/10. It’s worth noting that the accommodation building is not in the city center. It is walking distance so we found it perfect: you get a sense of the local life but also are walking distance to everything you need.

The staff was very polite, smiling and kind. The room was amazing, especially the shower. Amazing bed, an overall exceptional stay, I totally recommend! Also note that while the property mentions that there is no parking, there are many available spots just in front of it!

It’s really hard to find some bad things, they are just great :)

Lines is brand new accommodation with wonderful and pleasant staff and everything was so great. We got free upgrade so that was really nice. It’s perfectly clean (cleaning room everyday, changing the towels and bedsheets every two days) and location is great, 10 min walk from centre but it’s quite neighbourhood. Free parking is in front of building, they also have lovely bar with great coffee.

Everything was clean, new, and well-maintained. It's in a quiet location a few minutes walk to the old town and the sea. We had a nice sea view, balcony and the room was veru comfortable. Staff are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Great value for money. Highly recommend!
