Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe continual animation team noise, music and stupidity of it constantly in your ears, face and incessant need to get you to participate. Quality of all-inclusive drinks are vile.
The property is clean and well maintained. Food is nice and local Greek style food is best.

Poland- mini club for children was closed and it was the main reason why we chose this hotel - it looked like the animations were only for organised group from France, I speak French, so language wasn't a problem in this case. - the room was clean but it needs to be refreshed. - Old bathroom - Food was very basic. The choice was small and dishes were repetitive. No starters at all :( No typical greek snacks like cheese pies, dakos etc. I hoped for more traditional and típical greek food. .
- kind staff - swimming pool - the hotel owes sunbeds on the beach - Cleaning lady tidied up even on Sundays - Cheap money for all inclusive (although it wasn't luxury kind of all inclusive) - Fresh food - ping pong - good location - play ground (could be better, but it was enough for my daughter)

UkraineThe only thing, that irritated me is smoking. It is allowed to smoke everywhere, at the room, at the restaurant. near swimming pool... For me, as for non-smoking person, wasn't comfortable to rest near smoking people.
This is the best 3* hotel on the Crete! The perfect balance of price/quality! Clean territory and rooms, delisious and various food and drinks, great every day (!!!) entertainment, friendly personal. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach, there is a travel agency with excursions opposite to the hotel. The road next to the hotel isn't a big deal, we didn't hear it. The most surprising for me was that the receptionist met us at 1 a.m. and offered the dinner! Thank you for the great vacation!

GreeceThe all inclusive food was a bit boring, with not much choice. I presume its to do with covid and the hotel not being full. The coffee was also not the best.
The whole area is very clean and the rooms are really nice. Being split into different blocks makes it much quieter than a normal hotel. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. The food was always hot and always something for all tastes, even if the selection was not big. The pool area is really nice, could probably do with a bit more space when the hotel is full. The staff are all very hard working. Really close to the beach and a few shops. A good affordable hotel in these hard times.

GreeceCleaning and maintaining could improve. Stained bedsheets is not what one would expect at a hotel.. Loud music was for some groups of travellers until 23:00. We could not really relax until it was over. Audi was bad Breakfast was just acceptable, would not by any means say good Overall, it did not feel that people do pay attention to those things that make a hotel a great hotel.
Not a terrible hotel, but for a 4star one, people should expect more. Liked the location, and more or less the room Staff was welcoming and friendly

PolandStinky room with dirty bathroom, towels with stains, acoustic- there is no possible to sleep at night, at the evenings there was no hot or warm water from shower, during the covid pandemic at the dining room you can find only bread (no Rolls) and you must cut the slices and use the knife that a lot of people have just touched (not everyone used masks and gloves), the food was good but there was self service and the bowls with the food was no covered, there was no plexa and I saw a lot of people in the queue who were coughing at everything... Breakfast 7:30-9:30, dinner 13-14:30 and supper 19:30-21:30, between meals you can only get the tost or small bisquits, or ice cream We booked the room with the sea view in the superior room on the booking site and that option was expensive than normal superior room and there was no information that we must write to the hotel that we want to stay in the room with the sea view (the option is shown when you making the reservation - the example screen attached). We got the room with the pool view and the lady from the reception advised that we should come next day and if the room with the sea view will be aviable we could change the room but the next day we had a trip so we couldn't go to the reception to ask about it so we had to stay in the room which we hadn't booked.
Location, very nice and helpful Staff, there was possibility to left the luggage in the reception after check out, close to the beach

HungaryThink about the food as it was a free gift not a paid service. At home if you cook your own food this place is not for you. If you eat in a cantine everyday you will be ok here.
Bali is easy to reach by bus. The hotel is close to the beach and not too much climbing is needed eighter. Hotel has relatively ok wifi

Greeceto be very honest most things could have been improved, the pool bar was closed, due to covid apparently, but other hotels have them open, but if it was open the pool is very small compared to the amount of rooms. the drinks and food were amongst the worst I have experienced, warm beer and wine, one cocktail not drinkable, all soft drinks were flat or watery, no choice on food and what there was, was not good quality, we ate out even though we paid for all inclusive.
the location was good and their are some nice restaurants within walking distance.
