Exceptional accommodation. In a great location, it is modern and quiet hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and social areas are all a very high standard of design and comfort. The breakfast is excellent.

Lovely renovated, clean and spacious rooms. Convenient location with parking really close to the hotel. Amazing location near the city and walkable distance from downtown. The best hosts we have ever met in a hotel. They fulfilled all our requests and they were friendly and we felt very much welcomed. Also the 10 euro breakfast worth its money as it includes much food!

Helen, the hostess was extra helpful in helping me planning the visits around Ioannina and super nice in general. Would go again if I come back to Ioannina. Huge room and bathroom, modern and in the dead center of the city. 2 min from the lake border.

Fabulous design, ultra clean and comfortable and Elena the host was so beautiful and ever so helpful. She even took our luggage to & from our vehicle. Unbelievable hospitality. The room, sitting area and courtyard were superb. Can’t wait to go again and will only stay there.

This is a fabulous little hotel. Very quiet, beautiful interiors and very comfortable. I loved my little balcony overlooking the (extremely quiet!) street. Close to everything. The boat to the island is just around the corner. Lovely lakeside restaurants are very near. Breakfast was fantastic. I would love to stay again. Thank you!

Feels like home - a good one! The room was excellent, stylish, super clean, we had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable, and we got non feather beddings, an option which is not always available from.my experience. A great selection for a family, with 2 separate sleeping areas separated by a door. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection, and delicious surprises every day. We felt very welcome, and we were delighted to get recommendations for sites to visit. We will come back again!

The location the staff, the boutique hotel was excellent. The hotel was centrally located and it was accessible and convenient to all the sightseeing, and to all the attractions of the city. It was a block in from the boat that takes you to the island of Ali Pasha as well as the castle it was walking distance to wonderful restaurants as well as shops. The owner/staff were so welcoming from the time we arrived till our departure we will be definitely recommending it to friends and we will definitely come back again. The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was a wonderful size.

One of the most beautiful boutique hotels I have ever visited. Perfect both for families and couples. Gorgeous ambience, design and vibe. Very cute and I mean very. The owner is a wonderful host full of positive energy and love for the place and the guests it welcomes. Perfectly located on a back street just by the lake with easy access by foot to the centre with all the stores, restaurants, cafes etc. Parking your car is easy in the nearby parking lot. I would recommend a stay at Lithia to everyone visiting the beautiful city of Ioannina.

The breakfast is the BEST!!! The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room is good size, bed is so comfortable and the shower is strong and good hot water. The hotel is quiet and it’s walking distance to many restaurants. We love Michelle and would love to go back again and have a drink with her!!

Everything about this place is absolutely wonderful, our modern room is spotless, tastefully decorated, breakfast rich and delicious, and the staff and owner kind and very welcoming. I love Ioannina, but staying here made the experience perfect. The location is in a peaceful small street, just a short walking distance to the beautiful lake, the cafés alongside it, the old town, and the eateries. Perfect location that's a walking distance to everywhere and everything you need from sightseeing to shopping. Thank you.
