It is a nice hotel with new suits. Suits are new, cozy and clean. It’s very comfortable, especially if you travel with a kid. The location is also very comfortable 2 min walk from the beautiful beach and it is surrounded by lots of restaurants for any taste.

My room was half below ground but at that price it was acceptable.

The responsible person Yannis was extremely helpful. He suggested tavernas which were very good and reasonably priced. The room was clean and new.

The room was located in the mezzanine and looked directly onto the street, which was a bit strange. It would have been preferable to have more vegetation to offer more privacy.

At night, motorbikes or cars can cause a little noise, but the rooms are air-conditioned, so you have no problem sleeping with the window closed. We would definitely come back here again!

Janis and his wife are wonderful hosts. They maintain the space with a lot of passion and love. The room, the yard, the pool are cleaned constantly and every day. The location is great, right on the main street that leads to the beach and where all the souvenir shops in Nikiti are. Great place from where you can go around Sithonia and visit some traditional places like Nikiti village, St. Nicholas or go to Athos.

Yannis and his wife are the best hostess’s ever! They were taking care for everyone of their guests during our stay! They clean the rooms daily, they are very kind, and were always there for any support and recommendations of good places to be visited. Highly recommends this place for staying at Nikiti, Halkidiki. I was with my partner, and we really enjoy the accommodation. We wish you all a great summer ahed!

The room was small for a family. If you travel 2 people then it is perfect size.

Very clean room, Yannis is a big help. The location is 3 minutes walk to the beach. The quality/price ratio is very high.

The room could have been a bit bigger with an area to sit. As we were 4 people in the room, the sofa was turned into a double bed. The only place to sit and eat was on the balcony which has full sun in the morning.

The hotel is very new and the rooms are beautiful. The location is fantastic as it's within walking distance to shops and the Nikiti beach. There was no breakfast included in the price but there are many nice bakeries close by, so it was not a problem to find something to eat. The room has coffee-making facilities. Also, the host is very helpful!

The hotel stands out among others in Nikiti: a beautiful brick wall facade with soft lighting. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and felt luxurious. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily and the staff was overly nice as well!

The only improvement suggestion I have is to add a safe deposit box in each room.

The building was a new construction. Rooms with quality furniture and really nice bathroom. We stayed on the side of the main road which meant there was a shadow on that side in the afternoon. The main road can get quite noisy at night, but the soundproofing is good (although you might need to use the A/C more). WiFi is good inside the room and on the balcony (as long as you don't close the sliding door).
