Wonderful warm welcome from Thrasivoulos and Alice. Really good apartment with everything we could require. Fantastic balcony with superb views in a terrific location almost on the beach. Surrounded by excellent restaurants. We will return to Litinakis Studios on future holidays as the owners make a lovely place even more special. Beautiful people and faultless accommodation. Lots of little touches like wine, fruit and flowers that made us smile..

Our room was amazing, it had 100% sea view, just as we wanted, the hosts did their best to make us happy. They served Raki :) . If I go to Crete again, I will definitely stay in the same place. The sea is right in front of you, the food was great. I definitely recommend it. Thank you very much for everything Litinakis, we will miss you. Secil & Mehmet

Nothing, everything has been perfect all along our stay.

The apartment is really nice, very modern and quite comfortable for 4 persons, it had everything we needed for the stay, it's extremely clean and gets cleaned every 2 days. The big balcony just in front of the sea is super beautiful, in particular for breakfast or for a drink after the beach. There is the possibility to utilize for free 1 set (umbrella and 2 sunbeds) at the nice beach downstairs (not even needed to cross a street, the apartment is really ON the beach), which is really a plus. The hosts are exceptionally kind, they have taken care of us for all our stay, including some gifts (wine, cake, fresh fruits, ...) and lot of attentions and useful information... it was really a pleasure!!

Everything is the best- rooms are very, very clean, spacious and modern, well equipped and comfortable, perfect location on the beach with beautiful sea view, in the center. We have been traveling a lot, so we have a lot to compare. The owners – Thrasivoulos and Aliki are the best! Their kindness and hospitality exceeded all expectations. They are amazing! We really enjoyed our vacation.

I can't think now any issue to mention during our stay. All went very well.

An independent apartment - a very large apartment with own kitchen, large living room, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Suits as well for couples as well for a family. Quality level and accessories in this apartment are very good and plenty. And the hosting couple are very friendly and welcoming persons - and will help with any questions/issues. And location is absolutely perfect in Agia Marina - just between the main street with many shops and restaurants - and the beach. We can warmly recommend to use this place if staying in Agia Marina.

The kindness and hospitality of our hosts exceeded all expectations. We have been traveling for 40 years, so we have a solid basis for comparison. The condition and equipment of the apartment is perfect and the beach restaurant at the entrance is not noisy because it is closed after 10 pm. Every other day, a complete cleaning was carried out and wonderful towel creations were waiting on the bed with gifts (cookies, olive oil, raki). Despite this, we never for a moment felt their care was intrusive. We met our hosts only when it was necessary.

The accommodation is in a great location. There are many shops and good taverns nearby and there is even one on the ground floor of the Litinakis studios. It is important that the beach in front of the beach accommodation is sandy and slowly deepens. Residents of the accommodation can use the parasol and sunbeds for free. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Free in-room safe. The kitchenette can be used well. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The spacious, furnished balcony offers a fantastic view of the sea. The hosts are extremely nice and friendly, they were waiting in front of the building upon our arrival. In the studio, self-made wine and fruit were prepared for us. The cleaning, bed linen and towel change was discreet and regular. The owner couple are helpful in everything, we almost felt like family members. We have vacationed several times in different places in Crete, this is the one we will definitely come back to.

Perfect location rigth on the beach with beautiful sea view from the balcony, where you can have your dinner watching the sunset hearing the sound of waves (comfortable, enough space for 4). Everything you need is only steps away, beach, supermarket, restaurants, shops, even the bus stop to Chania. Hosts are super, very helpful and kind, welcoming us with handmade cakes and wine ☺️ The apartman is beautiful and comfortable with A/C in both rooms, cleaning and fresh towels in every second day. I highly recommend this apartman for everyone, we had a great vacation here, thank you!

Perfect stay at Litinakis! The host and his wife welcomed us warmly. For the duration of the stay they delighted us with their smiles, their availability and their good wine! The apartment is wonderful, with a spectacular view of the sea. It is equipped with all comforts. Cleaning is flawless. Below the apartment there is the beach with the possibility of free sunbeds and umbrellas for Litinakis guests. If I were to return to Crete I would stay here again without any doubt.

It was absolutely amazing 😍 Ms Litinakis and her wife are lovely persons. The location is the best that you can find in Agia Marina. Is very clean and you can view the sea from your bed 😍 For sure if we return to Creta our choice will be Litinakis studio 😊

Lovely, spacious place with wonderful hosts. Apartments are situated at the beach with the most stunning view in Agia Marina. Guests are welcome to use the sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge belonging to restaurant situated at the beach. It takes 30 seconds to get to the sandy beach. Place is really clean and hosts will help you to plan the trip to the most amazing spots around Chania. Almost every day hosts were delighting us with local delicious products what made us feel very welcome. There is free parking in front of the apartments. Higly recommended place if you are not a fan of crowded hotels and would like to enjoy talking to locals and taste their hospitality.
