this lovely hotel upgraded us to the suite with an indoor and an outdoor jacuzzi. it was exceptional. the restaurant was great both for dinner and for breakfast. staff were very attentive and professional. lovely spot by the beach

We arrived late and the kitchen staff stayed late to accommodate us for dinner. Saiki was very accommodating and never made us feel rushed. The dinner was also delicious.

Everything about the hotel, the rooms, the staff, the food, the pool was perfect. We ate breakfast lunch/dinner every day of our stay and tried most of the meal options everything was cooked to perfection. The pool was great open at 11am every morning. We had a sea view room with indoor and outdoor hot tub. The room was spotless and looked after every day while we were out.

Pool is closed till 10:00 and after 19:00. There is not much time to use the swimming pool and it is too crowded while it is open. Balconies are too close to each other. Had a noisy family with small children, so had to wait the children go to sleep before taking a breath at the balcony. Although the hotel has a beach, you have to drink something to sit at the beach, it is not free for hotel guests. We checked out at night to leave early in the morning, but the reception guy did not see that we had already paid and he acted as if we were running away without paying. Not nice at all. We had to wait for the 'experienced' guy to come. We could leave the hotel only at 09:00.. so checking out at night was for nothing. I hated that. It is very rude that they treat their clients as potential thieves. We lost 3 hours for their stupidity.

Open buffet dinner was quite tasty with a good variety of food for a reasonable price. Breakfast was also good. Not superb but ok. Room was bigger than expected with a nice balcony where you can sit and relax.

When we arrived we had already prepaid for our 11 day stay. The front desk staff told us rudely that we didn’t pay and that they kept trying to charge our card even that day and we didn’t have the funds. Rude. Thank God we had an email screenshot of proof we paid because the internet at this resort is bad. It never works and the hotel staff was just standing there staring at us and doing nothing to really solve the issue. Once we proved to her we did pay thousands of dollars and they were in the wrong for trying to repeatedly charge our daughters card they brushed it off and acted like it was no big deal. Not four star treatment at all. The supervisor for the food staff is an older gentleman with a very bad attitude. He would make it obvious that he was ignoring us and catering to other patrons. There were ants all the front of our villa everyday. When they did come to deal with them they just sprayed and left dead ants all over the place. The villa furniture was old and dated. Stains on the chairs. We didn’t even want to sit there.

Breakfast was the same everyday. The staff rationed out the food to us like they were doing us a favor. The only staff who treated us decent was Christina and Elias. The rest of the staff were mean and acted like they weren’t happy to have us. We are from the US, and we wanted to visit Greece and have a relaxing stay. The villa pool was super nice but the villa decor was bad. It didn’t feel fresh and clean. Musty bathroom. They did give our daughter a cake for her birthday and champagne that was nice but it was the only time we felt any real hospitality.

1) No internet at all, although our room was in the first floor in the middle of the isle. Obviously, the have only one WIFI for the whole hotel!! Outrageous, given the fact that the signal in the area is already very weak. 2) The temperature of the water in the shower was NEVER stable. It was oscilating from hot to cold by itself!! Very bad experience. 3) Although the pool was really big they did not seperate it for adults and children, thus the whole place was like a kindergarden! You do not expect this for a 4star hotel, therefore, no relax there either! 4) Since the buffet is closed due to covid, personel is recruited in order to serve it for us (of course this is totally fine). At least half of them were extremely rude! They were like frozen robots. Too bad for the administration. 5) Finally, the first sight of the room was horrible, since for some reason they missed to properly clean it from the previous tenants. The whole floor and the top of the refrigerator were cover with hair!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! To conclude, we would never choose this hotel again, since there is no point on paying such expensive prices for such facilities/services. Such rooms can be found everywhere. Therefore you pay for their services. Unfortunately in this case there are no worth paying services!

If you don’t have a car you won’t have a lot of places to go to(it takes around an hour and a half to get to Leptokarija BY FOOT) if you do have a car it takes maybe 10 minutes

Very nice place, the staff was friendly, and everything was clean, the beach is close by and has lots of space, it’s kind of further away from the city so there wasn’t a lot of people, also has enough parking space, and lastly the food was really good
