The only thing was being a little too close to our neighbors on the balcony. Some sort of privacy screen to pop up if needed would be nice.

Yannis and his team are amazing hosts. The location on the beach is fantastic. The food and service was great. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend it for families traveling with pets.

I am very satisfied with this trip and sincerely thank the owners for the welcome. The host Janis was very welcoming and concerned throughout, we were warmly welcomed and throughout all created a feeling of coziness and understated luxury. They accommodated us in an apartment above the beach itself, with a gorgeous terrace, it was just magical to be a few meters from the sea. The weather, pleasantly warm, but not hot, created an added comfort to the wonderful experience of going out on the terrace above the very beach and seeing even the pebbles in the water. The sunsets were impressive even from the apartment which offered all amenities, cleanliness and comfort. The village itself was quiet, peaceful and welcoming, the roads excellent, the shops well stocked. I would holiday there again and regularly, the price was excellent for the amenities on offer, all 400 km. from Sofia were not a burden, on the contrary, the road is very comfortable and fast. I recommend to everyone who respects a full-value vacation in a relaxing environment and unique nature.

The location is just perfect. So close to the sea. We stayed for 3 nights with a little baby (5 months) in the apartment on the ground floor. It was very easy to get in and get out. Also you can easily go with a baby stroller on the territory. Room was clean and comfortable. You have an option to cook inside if you want. Host was really taking care about our comfort and offered help with any questions. We enjoyed staying in Litsa Apartments!

Janis was an excellent host. He offered us one big apartment instead of two separate ones, so all four of us were together. The apartment was spacious, the beds were good, and there was one big terrace with a table for four. The beach is 50 meters from the apartment. The staff from the bar were very friendly and fast. Janis made a reservation for us at a table with a sea view in the restaurant that is part of the complex but located nearby. There, we had a perfect lunch with great Mediterranean food. I highly recommend these apartments for a stay.

Everything regarding the property was good. We only didn't like Skala Fourkas as a place to stay. Too many facilities in the area.

The apartment was newly renovated, big and clean. The position is very good, in the compound on the beach where you can use sun beds. The host was extremely responsive, polite and friendly, ready to act immediately any time of a day. Check-in and check-out super easy. It was great to have private parking. Although there are many apartments around, there was no noise.
