A very cozy, quiet, and beautiful spot to have a break after a long trip. It's easy to get too many great locations from Locanda and definitely a great place to relax in peace. The host is very helpful and great! Thank you, Fotini, for the lovely and very early breakfasts!!

Everything was great, from the welcoming host to the delicious and rich breakfast. Spacious apartment with everything to feel like home, super clean and with an awesome view of the sea and sunrise. Easy access directly from the main road. Thanks to the host's advice, we found a great beach, a superb cave and the new and faster road to Neapoli. Efcharisto poli 😊

This place is a gem! Highly recommend it. Fotini is such a warm and hospitable host. Location is a great central spot to get to Monemvasia and other near by sites like Elafonissos and Gythio. Superb and plentiful homemade breakfast is delicious. Also the bed was so comfortable.

Fotini will give you the best welcome to her amazing Locanda with a big smile and will treat you with the best tips to visit the area. The studio is beautifully decorated, airy and has everything you need for a perfect and relaxing stay at a stone throw from Monemvasia, in a very silent and calm area out if the new town. Amazing view over the bay and the citadel. Delicious breakfast freshly prepared by the host. It’s really a shame we stayed just for 2 nights.

Everything to be honest. Owner was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. Took time to direct us to places to see and things to do. She was spot on on all accounts. Room was CLEAN and well equipped. A home made and delicious breakfast was provided daily with more than enough to eat. Great location just outside of Monemvasia with easy access to other locales.

Nothing to point, all was perfect!

Probably the best rental flat experience of my life so far. The fiat was perfect for the price I have paid. Spacious, clean, nicely decorated, with a panoramic view, the nicest host I ever met, a nice view, black out curtains, wonderful bed and pillows and an amazing breakfast! Wow, wow and wow again. Fotini went far beyond and provided secret tips and a very useful sun umbrella. I might go back one day and I already know where to stay. I am a host too and I felt overwhelmed with such kindness and attention to the details. Bravo!

Best property we have stayed at in 2.5 weeks. Clean, lovely apartment, with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Amazing view of the old town and ocean. The best breakfast ever…gourmet and such a lovely, helpful owner. Gave us umbrellas, chair. We did not want to leave.

What a beutiful experience meeting our lovely hostess Fotini and staying at her accomodation. The location is just perfect for sightseeing, the apartment is very clean and nice and has a terrace where you can eat your delicately prepared breakfast that Fotini brings for you in the morning. You can't go wrong with this one!

Everything was perfect, the lady was really nice, breakfast was home made and delicious and the room was really clean, the view from the balcony is incredible and you can hear the sea from your bedroom. As a booking.com employee I was really amazed by all the facilities and the location, definitely would come back whenever I get the chance to.

Excellent, we all loved our stay so much that we decided to prolong it. Facility, location, breakfast and hospitality such that I wouldn't change it for a 5star hotel.

Located a few kilometres along the coast with easy drive to restaurants and one of the nicest is half way to town. There is a shop close by. The upstairs apartment is a little dated but spotlessly clean and we had a balcony with fabulous 180 degree view of Monemvasia and coastline. Fotini is an amazing host and cook. Our breakfasts were the best we've had during our whole trip in Greece. Thankyou Fotini.
