Apartment is nice, but it is not quiet. On the other side of the building is restaurant with loud music and drunk people. Also, some small things missing in kitchen, like bottle opener, knife, kitchen spoon, some smaller pot (there's just one huge)

Apartment is really nice, everything is new and clean. There is private parking place and it is secured with gate. Host is friendly and everything was like he said.

Akis met me to hand over the keys. Although there is no 24hr reception in the property, Akis arrived on time to hand over the keys. He was polite and helpful. He also shared some useful information for the area around the property and some hints for the island, he suggested some activities and some great restaurants that we visited.

A little tricky to find the first time, got into the habit of typing in the hotel next door whenever I was driving back

Really nice apartment, just off the main road of Kalamaki. It was really clean and had everything I needed. The host, Natassa was also really friendly. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The welcome drinks and snacks and all the stuff you would need during your stay was there. Room was cleaned every day. Not to mention our flight was in the afternoon and the owner let us stay until late. Would highly recommend choosing this apartment!

There was nothing I disliked about the property.

Lovely superbly furnished apartment in the heart of Kalamaki. Really well equipped and secure with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s an aircon unit in the living room and another in the bedroom. Great communication from the host Tasos and a really nice little welcome package on arrival (coffee, water, milk, wine, pastries, olive oil, sugar, washing up liquid, tea towels etc etc etc). Wi-Fi signal is great and there are two smart tv’s, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything I needed for a self catering stay including induction hob, oven, coffee maker, toastie maker, kettle, blender. There’s also plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, glasses etc. The living room was nicely decorated, the sofa was really comfy and the smart tv a great touch. The bathroom too is great with toiletries and hairdryer provided and a fantastic rain shower. The bedroom has loads of storage space and the bed itself was super comfy.

The hosts were extremely nice and received us at a convenient time for us. They met us with a bottle of wine and snacks. The apartment is new and nicely furnished. Everything is modern and very clean. It has a good noise isolation and a fully equiped kitchen. The hosts helped us with everything we needed. There is a big parking space in front of the house. Everything was great, we are very happy with our stay there. Thank you very much 😊

We were received with a bottle of wine and fruits... What a warm welcome! Natasa is a very dedicated hostess: she checked on us if we needed anything, she brought not only what we asked but also delicatessen from the bakery and a gift as a souvenir. Until the moment we left she was very helpful calling taxi. The apartment is modern, clean... The area is peaceful, calm and we woke up every day with birds singing outside. It is very close to the airport (4 min by car) We had a great stay and I definitely recommend it!

The location of the property wasn’t ideal, however this may have been to time of year (April) not one restaurant or bar was open with the only place open being a supermarket, however this seems to be a problem with the island in general as we walked up the beach to Laganas to find a similar situation

The property itself is very nice, clean and modern.
